This home is a true piece of local history and it's brimming with character. Its original 1936 log cabin walls are solid yet charmingly imperfect, adding a delightful quirkiness that tells a story of its storied past. This is more than just a home, it's a conversation starter. A piece of living history of Panama City Beach.

Historic beach cabin with modern amenities! New sustainable front lawn installed with Cornhole and gas bbq (on front patio next to lawn area). We supply your beach needs! Cabana, Wagon, Beach toys, and of course, beach towels. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails (mocktails) in the evening from the front porch (while bbq'ing on the front porch (we have an outdoor dining table as well as another inside house) looking at the unobstructed view (no condos) of the Gulf! Just walk across the (quiet) street to the Gulf and put your feet in the sand and enjoy the dedicated beach. (Dedicated=no condos). Dog friendly! Queen bed can be set up in living rm - it is an auto (pump) queen air mattress.

Thomas Donuts-Snack Shack (offering full breakfast/lunch/dinner: pizza/beer/wings/burgers/ice cream/shakes - AND their famous donuts of course!). Open 6am -9pm!
