This house was perfect for our group of 6(and an eight month old). The yard was a great place to hangout and swim. Shopping/restaurants/beach all within a 15min drive or less. Roy was very easy to communicate with.

Excellent Getaway right off the Garden State Parkway!Shopping and restaurants with in 1 to 2 miles on Route 72!Place is filled with beautifully designed Bathrooms and plenty of hot water for multitudes of guests to enjoy.Backyard Pool was our daily family fun with the Temperatures hovering around 100*.Owner was very hospitable and provided constant communication with instructions and th ease of being as comfortable as we could've been!

Central location and relaxing backyard

We spent a long weekend at Roy’s place enjoying the backyard pool, LBI beach, Daddy Os, and our event at LBI National. This comfortable house allowed us to relax and enjoy each other’s company at night and during down times! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot every time! Roy sent all the necessary information for a smooth check in and made himself available by messaging upon our arrival! This is a spot we would stay again!

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

Awesome spot with a beautiful backyard that includes a heated pool, BBQ gas grill and tiki bar. Solid location close to LBI. Lots of beds so perfect for large groups.

40th Birthday Celebration

What an amazing stay at an amazing house. Roy, the owner was absolutely fantastic with his communication. Being available for questions and answering a timely manner just makes any customer service experience that much better. I rented this house for a weekend mainly because of the beaitiful backyard that had a heated in ground pool. This was perfext for the surprose 40th birthday party that i set up for my wife.. We had a great time at this house and would definitely book again Side note: All rooms were very clean. All necessities were available such as towels and pillows and blankets Kitchen appliances were avaialble as well Backyard is fully furnished Great house to create great memories. Well done Roy.

Great house but lacking in a lot

Our initial impression was that the house is great for our group of 10 - plenty of bedrooms, plenty of room for spreading out, etc. However, there was a severe lack of supplies - no dish soap, very few dishes or even potholders, no hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. The house claims it sleeps 11 but there weren’t enough dishes for 11 people. We definitely had a great time despite all of this, but don’t book this house if you’re expecting basic amenities.

Best; A homey atmosphere for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Good for activities inside and out. Owner very reachable and helpful. Not so good: property could use some additional attention to make rating higher. Outside bushes overgrown over pathway to front door. Had to walk on grass to get to entrance door.. A couple of additional chairs on the front porch would be a plus. No screen doors on back porch made bugs visitors. Lots of leftovers in fridge and and cutlery drawer required good cleaning. Bed in one of bedrooms had terrible squeak whenever a sleeper turned over. Just helpful suggestions that would really boost rating. Thank you. on the

Was not like the listing

The listing that is up right now is more similar to the property than the listing shown when I rented the property. Originally we were told we would have 2 twin beds, and less rooms than what we had. The images that are shown now are much cleaner than the property we stayed on. There were no tvs on the tv mounts in the walls inside the rooms, the carpeting was dirty, there was trash in the pool, and the filter was broken. Aside from the dirtiness the property was lovely. If the cleaning service had done more, the property would have been 5 stars. I would recommend staying there if you are not a neat freak. Bring your own towels, for 8 people they only gave us 4 towels.

Hi sophia sorry you were dissatisfied with the cleaning. No twin beds or having tvs in the bedrooms were included in the listing. I was at the property myself Friday morning and there was no trash in the pool and the filter was not broken when I arrived. I will reach out to the cleaning company and see what happened in regard to the cleanliness in the house. As far as towels, there's usually towels placed out in each bedroom, if there's more needed there is also a closet with extra towels I would've happily directed you to it if you would've reached out but regardless I will reach out to cleaning company thank you!

With Some Work Could be 5 Star but 3 Star at Best

This could be a great property but there are numerous things that keep it at mediocre or worse. Any one of these would not have been a big deal but when you add them all up it is disappointing. We had 10 people and only 8 towels (the house has a pool), only 4 coffee cups and 4 bowls, kitchen was lacking a toaster, baking sheets and numerous other items found in a standard rental. Grass was cut but the landscaping was overgrown with weeds. Some doors had to be forced to close and missing trim in places. Holes in the walls in places. There were no instructions on how to leave the rental (what to do with trash, strip the beds, run dishwasher, etc). We waited an hour to get in as we tried contacting the property manager for the code to get in and finally had to call VRBO support. The property manager needs to spend some time getting organized and bringing the property up to a reasonable standard.

Hi Charles, sorry the property was not up to your liking. After speaking with the cleaning service they advised they left plenty of towels. As fas as the kitchen materials, we try and provide the basics.. although the things you listed aren’t listed in the amenities, we do reflect what we do have in the amenities on the profile. Not sure which doors or trims you are referring to but we try our best to keep the house looking presentable for the guest. I spoke with VRBO immediately after talking with you about the check in/check out instructions not sending, and that was addressed.

Nice location

The house is in a very cute neighborhood not far from long Beach island. We came to location for a family reunion the house was not very clean and the pool was dirty however the upstairs area where we splept was cleaner than downstairs. The owners are great hosts and answered all our questions, would just look into a better cleaning crew .

Beautiful home!

The house was just as described! Tons of room for me and my family. The area was nice and lots to do. The pool had a volleyball net which was so much fun and was very clean. We had an awesome time!! Highly recommend!
