Welcome to Thatchtop Mountain at Marys Lake in Estes Park, Colorado! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or even for a business/professional trip. Why? It offers plenty of space to gather as well as options to unwind in the seasonal hot tub/pool or simply rest and relax. You can even take a picnic down to Mary's Lake and fish lakeside for the day. If you're up for an adventure, consider hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park or going on a haunted ghost tour at The Stanley Hotel.

Thatchtop is in a great location with amazing views. Not to mention, this second story condo with hot tub has beautiful, unobstructed views of the northern mountain range from your very own private deck. What more could you ask for?

This beautifully decorated condo has two bedrooms and two baths that sleep six people comfortably, including the sleeper sofa. The kitchen provides you with all the amenities needed to prepare all your meals for family and friends. Any time of the year you can dine on the deck for that casual dining experience. The master suite bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and your own private bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and shares the 3/4 bathroom. There is a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room that rounds out your stay for six people comfortably.

The kitchen comes with plates, glassware, and silverware serving settings for up to six people. Pots, pans, and other cooking items for making any meal. Full-size refrigerator, oven/stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher are provided as well. The condo comes with a gas fireplace in the living room, heating, air conditioning, a stackable washer and dryer, and outdoor patio furniture. During the summer months, all guests have access to the heated community pool compliments of the HOA and your condo owner (*availability subject to change per HOA). .

Thatchtop Perfection

The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was wonderful - we were far enough out of town to be away from the hustle, but we could still hear the elk bugling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Getaway

We stayed 4 nights, and loved the place. It was clean, cozy, and a great location. 10min drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Plus, there was a small grocery store and restaurant nearby that we really like. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again if I'm back in the area.

Beautiful views, convenient location

Nice, quiet end unit with beautiful views. The kitchen and living areas have large windows that allowed for great views while inside the condo. Parking was very close to the door. The location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and to get into RMNP. We were very pleased with the location and views. Check-in details and communication was thorough and emailed from the property managers. We had no need to reach out with any questions. We had a great stay here in Estes Park.

Family Vacation in the Mountains

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The location sits far enough away to feel secluded but also just close enough to the town for shopping and restaurants. We visted the RMNP everyday and were just minutes away from the park entrance. The hot tub was a plus after a day of hiking and exploring and the views were amazing! We cooked every night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We will be back!

Beautiful View!

What a great place to get away and see the mountains!! We loved staying at this place and seeing the Mountain View’s while we lounged or cooked. Place was very clean, and easy to coordinate getting in/out. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Thatchtop Mtn Stay

Generally a good property. We checked in AFTER the appointed 4pm time and the property was generally clean. However, there was a "recent" stain on the queen bed linens. We simply washed/dried those in the available on-site washer/dryer. I liked the keyless entry. There are two spaces available to park your vehicles. Mary's Lake area is convenient to most things - yet off the very beaten Estes Park path - which makes for quieter space which we enjoyed. This space would be very comfortable for two, was comfortable for 4. It may be a bit crowded beyond that, unless those extras are little tykes. Keyless entry was a plus. Extra towels specific for Hot Tub are provided - which was a nice touch (although we didn't use the HT). We had the upper unit - so ceiling were vaulted in living space - which was nice.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this fabulous spot. The view was spectacular, hot tub was actually hot, clean space, quiet neighborhood, and all the extra kitchen supplies necessary for dining in. Our two teenagers loved it too, which they can be a hard sell. Thank you for being such great hosts and being so accommodating. We will be back!
