Each villa is completely private and self-contained, with its own entrance, living space, backyard, and private Hot Tub Lounge — while still being side-by-side for easy access between family and friends. The property also includes secure, gated boat/RV parking (approximately 60’) suitable for multiple boats, jet skis, or trailers, providing a comfortable and convenient setup for lake and recreation trips. You’ll enjoy full privacy, easy movement between villas, and plenty of space for vehicles and toys throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located up McCulloch drive and about 9 minutes to London Bridge. Plenty of shopping within 2 blocks, as well as gas stations, mini marts , coffee bar and pizza place!
Getting Around:
Plenty of parking with 4 garage spaces with extended driveways, as well as dedicated boat parking at 60’ deep and 30’ wide!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This property is a unique property, in that it has two side by side homes, but does not have connected living areas. The only area that connects is the garages- both of which are 2 car enclosed garages that run the length of the homes. The master bedrooms are located on separate sides of the homes, each has a private, gated yard, private hot tub, and each private entrance is located approximately 50' from each other. Lastly, these homes are located on a large 1/2 acre parcel, and include a separate gated, secure and video monitored 60' deep, 30' wide concrete pad for parking your boat or trailer during the regular season (separate charge from October 1- March 31).
You will find that this home is a truly unique property, and the level of finishings will make you want to come back again and again.
