Wailea Ekahi Village est un complexe de bord de mer de 34 acres. Les terrains magnifiquement entretenus offrent des sentiers de promenade enchantés vers la plage. Détendez-vous sur la plage de Keawakapu en face du village, jouez au paddle-tennis ou au shuffleboard, ou nagez dans l'une de nos quatre piscines, dont l'une est une piscine en bord de mer avec un pavillon et des barbecues. La célèbre promenade de la plage de Wailea passe directement en face du village de Wailea Ekahi et mène à plusieurs plages, boutiques et restaurants. Wailea Resort propose des terrains de golf et de tennis.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Wailea Ekahi # 25-C est un condo au rez-de-chaussée avec 1 chambre, 1 unité de climatisation dans le salon et la chambre à coucher, une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, 2 télévisions à écran plat, lecteur DVD et Wifi gratuit. Service téléphonique avec appels interurbains gratuits dans plus de 70 pays. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre et un lit queen dans le salon. Douche à l'italienne (pas de baignoire). Deux lanais / patios et un barbecue électrique pour votre usage personnel. Pour les activités de plein air, le n ° 25-C est fourni avec des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, une glacière, du boogie board et du matériel de plongée en apnée. 4 couchages.
** AVIS IMPORTANT: Le pavillon de la plage subira un processus de démolition et de construction à partir du 22 avril 2019 et devrait être terminé d'ici le 18 décembre 2019. Les travaux peuvent être effectués du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00. Il est possible que des travaux soient effectués le samedi. La partie la plus bruyante de la construction sera les 5 à 6 premières semaines de la phase de démolition.
Pendant cette période, la piscine principale sera ouverte. Cependant, l'accès au pool sera redirigé. Des toilettes portables à la hauteur seront disponibles à la piscine. Aucune eau courante ni glace ne sera disponible. Il y aura des heures limitées où la piscine du pavillon devra peut-être être fermée pour des raisons de sécurité. LES TROIS AUTRES PISCINES SERONT OUVERTES. L'accès à la plage sera disponible par la porte existante. **

Ekahi Village is great!

Our 3rd time staying on the property and it's always clean and short walk to beach side pool and access to a great beach for walks and swimming. Great location and condo itself was well stocked except for lowball cocktail glasses so we took care of that and got the house a 4 pack for the next guests. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was fine. The unit is close to the road so late night road noise was heard. Carpet in the bedroom was not one for bare feet.

Wonderful property!

Located in a peaceful neighborhood with so many amenities, this condo was the perfect choice for our Winter escape to Maui! We enjoyed the pools and the short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Our Perfect, Peaceful Honeymoon in Paradise!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. It was well equipped with all the things we needed for the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.

Lovely Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Maui Ekahi 25C in early December 2023. The unit itself is nicely decorated and the furniture is in good, newish shape. Unfortunately we didn’t find that it was very clean upon arrival and is definitely in need of a good deep clean. There was liquid spilled down the wall and onto the floor. Food spilled on the outside of cabinets, the bath mat was filthy. When I went to wash it the machine smelled quite badly of mold. There were many many cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom with tiny spiders. We did some cleaning and settled in. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for use which is nice. The complex, which we have stayed at many times, has a great lower pool but really does need more loungers with shade for the amount of people using them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The property is great with multiple pools and beach access. No view from the patio for those looking for that, was near road but didn’t bother us at all as well the plants provide privacy. The Murphy bed in living room was great for our children to sleep comfortably. There are beach chairs, umbrella and toys included. Would suggest an upgrade to bedroom pillows and linens to make more comfortable. Recommend and would stay again.

The refrigerator in the unit was not the one normally in the unit, and it was very small. All of the kitchen cabinet drawers and doors were loose or falling off. The unit was full of laminated notes of what "not" to do; very annoying.

Liked the layout of the unit, with two nice lanais (one off the livingroom, and one off the bedroom). The pavillion at the pool with BBQs and kitchen was very nice, and we enjoyed using it on a couple of occasions. The beach area in front of the complex was also very enjoyable. However, there were a few things we considered to be problems. First off, there was a small refrigerator in the unit as it was very apparent that they had taken the regular fridge out of the unit . Not a whole lot of room in the fridge for a place that recommends keeping all your food in the fridge due to bugs. Most of the cabinet doors and draw faces in the kitchen were loose and popping off when we opened them. The keurig didn't work, the washing machine always smelled (even when left open as asked to), and the complex map is deceptive as to how close to the beach the unit is. Lastly, the owner had lamenated cards tacked up all over the unit, informing us what NOT to do in the unit. I have never stayed anywhere that had such a long "do not" list. We were traveling with our best friends and their unit didn't have any "do not" notes or any problems with appliances and such.

The location is close to street so street noise but easy to find. The beach associated us great.. family friendly. The Pavillion is great.. we spent a day there. Eould have been great if home had provided info about beach walk. We didn't find out until last day. Restuarant available at the next resort over if you don't want to drive. Th comminication is very corporate. You are renting from large corp. No options or suggestion yo help poor tourist. Uou can rent directly from complex them you get a person. The complex is a lot of rentals so quite dead.

Excellent Summer Stay

My family and I had a great stay in this unit. It had everything we needed in a vacation rental (well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a/c). All the ameneties listed were enough for the 4 nights we stayed. The location was perfect for attending a wedding in the Wailea/Kihei area. We enjoyed the pools, beach pavilion and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great wedding stay spot!

We stayed with family and friends in other units of Waimea Ekahi for a wedding during the week. Truly great stay with great beach and grill/pool area. First time in Hawaii and I hope to come back again!

First time Maui

Property had a great location. Some previous reviews stated that it was close to the road. You can hear the road but if you are eager to get up early and seize the days on your vacation it is manageable. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor supplies. Great deck to get some much needed shade on hot days. Longer walk to beach than some units and same complex but not an issue for us. Had a great time and enjoyed the Hawaii themed decor.

Great little spot at Ekahi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well-appointed condo in a complex we have stayed in quite a few times already. Close to one of the quiet pools, bbq and tennis court. Well stocked with everything we needed for a week in Maui (cups, plates, cooking utensils, beach chairs & umbrella, towels etc). The lanais do face Okolani drive, so can be a bit louder with traffic noise, but this didn't bother us. We will stay here again!

Amazing resort with so-so condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Wailea Ekahi Resort. The grounds are beautiful and the new pavilion is amazing. The pools and beach access are fantastic. We did not love the condo though. It is outdated but nicely decorated and clean, and had everything we needed. But it is right on the main road, which is loud. We could not sit outside on the lanai due to noise. We also could not drink the tap water as it tasted terrible. Perhaps an inline filter would be a worthy investment. We hated buying bottled water (waste) but didn't have much choice. The rental property management was responsive and courteous.
