Undeniably, the most elevated experience in Louisville resides at our exclusive Rooftop Suite & Loft. Masterfully finished, this 1,800+ sqft lavish loft garners a level of sophistication that is simply unrivaled and merits an award-winning distinction.

The sky is truly the limit! Our sprawling Rooftop Deck (750+ sqft) rests atop NEAT Bourbon Bar and grants a glimpse of Downtown Louisville in the backdrop. Seamlessly combine the indoor + outdoor living areas into one, cohesive gathering space compliments of the overhead bay door that glides open between the living room and rooftop deck. We brought sexy back in our R.E.M.A.R.K.A.B.L.E. powder room that portrays a certain photo-worthy quality fit for a designer magazine. Gold embellished black leather tile runs floor-to-ceiling, and accentuates a custom bourbon vanity (yes, the is bourbon real!). Original brick hearths deliver a warm touch and flank our frequently rotating artwork that has been carefully handcrafted by a local artist.

Indulge in our Gourmet Kitchen that boasts a 6-burner gas stove with vent hood that is sure to delight any discerning chef. A dramatic 8’ Center Island with bar seating and built-in ice maker is the star of the show. Hidden behind a dazzling coffee bar nook is a 2nd kitchenette that provides additional prep space if needed.

Rest easy in the Primary Suite prepared with Queen Daybed, desk, TV and private French-inspired bathroom. The second bedroom is secretly tucked away through a concealed door and comes furnished with Two, Queen Murphy Beds that can fold away should you crave more space to entertain. A private bathroom, dual closets and large 70” LED TV, along with direct access to the Gameyard are additional noteworthy features. Guest Access:

***PARKING***
Parking is EXTREMELY limited given the dense urban environment - we recommend using a ride-share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first-come basis and is available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on Bardstown Road (voted “Louisville’s Best Street”) in The Highlands Historic District, you’ll have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay…no car required. The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally-owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to 400+ acres of walking/running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore,

Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and popular “NuLu” where you can attend shows, sporting events, 4th Street Live! and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.

Bardstown Road is a lively street with walkability to many surrounding restaurants, coffeeshops, boutique shops, entertainment, and nightlife that can stay open til 2am.

NEAT Bourbon Bar and Bottle Shop is located on the first floor at the front of the property, and our guests will have private, back-door access without ever having to step foot off the property.
