The living room truly is a cozy place to relax and enjoy some TV or a good book by the fireplace. Enjoy dinner out on the downstairs patio that not all units offer in this community. There is a half bath located downstairs. Finally to the left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer as well as an attached garage. Please be advised that the owners of the property park a mid sized SUZ to the far right of the garage leaving plenty of space for a mid sized SUV to the left. There are two additional driveway spots for those traveling with multiple visitors or when guests come to stop by.
