San Carlos 1006 is located on the 10th floor and is a direct beachfront condo. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407 square foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen Guest bedroom 3. There is also a sleeper spfa in the living room. Unit 1006 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full size washer and dryer. Parking is at a premium, so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced.

The property was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach…easy walk even carrying a 2 year old and a 6 month old. Check in and check out were easy on the app. Host emailed responses quickly. Will definitely recommend and will stay with them again.

This condo was perfect for a girls trip with 5 girls. Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms! :) The balcony was so nice to have and the partly shaded pool was a nice break from the sand and sun on the beach.

This was a perfect location right on the ocean. Great for our family of 6 with three beds and three baths. The only real issue we had was cleanliness. The dishes were dirty. The furniture was stained. The general cleanliness of that floors and furniture was not great. With that said, overall it was a good stay.

Our condo was perfect! We loved the view from the balcony!! We could walk to the shops and restaurants nearby, groceries and ice cream right across the street, and the beach was RIGHT THERE! Inside the condo was amazing - each bedroom essentially has a private bathroom. Purchasing parking passes was a breeze. The check-in process was super smooth. Loved having a machine to purchase bags of ice on property as we went to the beach. Everything was clean and as expected. We were thrilled and would stay again. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but they responded and resolved them within a couple hours. No complaints here.

Perfect view of the beach and Gulf. Could not have asked for a better view. The staff at Prickett were highly responsive and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. The property was great overall. While the unit met our basic needs, it would benefit from some maintenance and updating.

We enjoyed our stay.We was able to walk to some restaurants and places to shop so we liked that it was close enough to do that.It was quite and no problem except a few nights while sitting on the balcony someone was smoking and it was very strong and the place had a little musky smell but we would stay here again.

This property is in a great location; walking distance to restaurants; easy access to the beach. We (3 teenagers and myself) had tons of room! Would stay again and book with Prickett Properties!

The unit and San Carlos as a whole was great! The floors were pretty dirty, but other than that, it was a great unit! Would definitely stay again.

Great Way to End a Year and Begin Another

This condo is spacious, clean, and the location is wonderful. We walked to the Polar Dip and many restaurants and to do a little shopping, too. The host was extremely communicative. We especially enjoyed the sauna on the cool evenings and the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
