One large space, it features a full kitchen/dining area with large 8-ft table, living room area with TV and couch, bedroom area with queen-size bed and roller shades, and office area with 2 large desks. It has a spacious spa-like bathroom with oversized soaking tub and shower. The office and bedroom step out onto a balcony with two large lounge chairsâgreat for morning coffee in the sunshine.

With a deep industrial and creative history, Arts District now has many of LA's best restaurants and coffee shops, and creative offices. Photogenic and chock full of character, it's also a very popular place for filming.
