This two level home, in the neighborhood named Serenity, has just been completed in February of 2022. Its decor is calming with light tones of beige, whites and blues throughout the interior. This well appointed home is exceptionally furnished, with two separate living areas, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a 6 person golf cart.

Although this neighborhood is growing with ongoing construction, it still has a quiet and calm atmosphere. It is located in front of a main beach access "Dune Allen Regional Beach Access", and near the restaurant "Stinky's Fish Camp". At night when you sit on the front patio, you can hear the waves crashing at the ocean!

You can walk to the beach or drive the 6-seater golf cart that is provided for your stay. At the beach you can rent chairs and an umbrella, or use the ones that are provided for you from the garage of the home. You will need to bring your own beach towels. You are also just steps away from the community pool as it is three doors down. Please do not take the property's white bath towels to the pool or the beach.

To enhance your stay, a lot of thought and care has been put into the selections of the home's interior. From the luxurious sheets and towels, to the brand new memory foam mattresses and beds, your comfort is of upmost importance.

There is an automatic $79 damage protection fee added to your total which covers the owners property for up to $3,000 worth of damages during your stay.

In the kitchen you will find all of the items you have at home and more! From a crock pot to a large stock pot, beautiful serving dishes and silverware, to baking dishes, and pots and pans, you won't be without a thing you need to create that perfect dish except groceries. And everything is brand new!

There is a butler's pantry off the kitchen to store all of your dry goods. It even has a beverage refrigerator and ice maker.

The owners realize your need of basic household items, so they left you with supplies to get through your week's stay. They have things for you like toiletries, laundry soap, trash bags, detergent and some paper products! If you have arrived by car, the grocery stores are moments away. But if you prefer you could have your groceries delivered upon arrival (using your own apps). There is one hairdryer in the property.

If you have small children you will find a few things for them as well. In the kitchen there are child size plates and spoons, and a highchair. In the bedroom there is a pack-n-play with supplemental mattress. Bring your own fitted sheet. There is a plastic baby tub too.

When you arrive, you will be amazed at how easy it is to park in the driveway and carry your belongings right into the house through the front door. Check in is at 4 p.m. There is room for three cars to park in the driveway. (Although the golf cart is kept inside the garage, so you need to make room for it to get out) You may notice a surveillance camera mounted on the front of the home. This helps owners keep watch.

GOLF CART USAGE: Please read the rental agreement that is attached to this listing.
The golf cart may not be driven by anyone under the age of 21. Guests assume all responsibility of the condition of the cart during their stay.

FIRST LEVEL
• The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept areas.
• The kitchen features a gas range, a microwave, dishwasher, island with waste basket drawers. Large side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. There is a Keurig and carafe style coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, and blender.
• Guests can enjoy meals at the dining table for six and at the island which seats two.
• At the back of the first level is the first master bedroom with King bed, dresser and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, with large walk in shower featuring a shower head and an additional rain shower head and bench.
• The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, small vacuum, broom, and dust pan.
• There is a half bath on the first level.

SECOND LEVEL
• Upstairs landing opens into a family area with two sofas (not sleeper sofas), coffee table, and Smart TV.
• The second master bedroom has King bed and Smart TV. Its bathroom features double vanity and walk in shower.
• The hall bathroom serves the bunk room and the double room featuring a tub and shower and double vanity.
• There is a custom built bunk room with two queen size beds on the floor with two twin beds over the top. This room features a large closet.
• The fourth bedroom has two full size beds with a large walk in closet.

In summer months the restaurants get busy with a longer wait. Don't let this stop you from booking if you don't cook. Information on a private chef, catering and delivery services can be provided to you upon booking. Also you will receive a welcome guide will let you know all the details you might find interesting when planning the rest of your stay.
