This amazing home is completely remodeled and with everything you will need! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. A huge game room with air hockey, ping pong, foosball, disco ball, big screen TV, and 2 game tables. Two separate living areas with pull out sofas. Kitchen has all brand new appliances and ample seating at the island and breakfast nook. Gather at the coffee bar or enormous dining table! The large backyard can be enjoyed from the spa or patio while stargazing or watching deer walk by. Sorry, no pets permitted.

We really enjoyed our stay! Game room area with tv, ping pong table, and air hockey table was a great place to hang out. House was perfect for our family of adults and a toddler. Would definitely rent again.

Weekend trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the positive first. The location was close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. The game room was fun and had everything you needed!! Plenty of towels! Making the reservation was easy and management was very nice! Now for the negatives.... The house was very dirty and did not look like it was cleaned from the last group. There were bottle caps on the floor, coffee maker was very dirty, dirty towels left in washer, the floor was extremely dirty and needed to be swept, shower off game room had hair in it. I did reach out to management via text and sent pictures. Was hoping they would send cleaning crew to clean but only a reply saying thanks for letting us know and we will inform the housekeeper. We did not use that shower due to it being dirty. The AC vents are loud. The pull out mattress in the first room was dirty so did not use. Overall the house is nice and I would stay again but the house needs a good cleaning.

Spring Break ‘24

My husband and I and our four kids enjoyed our stay. The property was great and was stocked with everything we needed. The kids said if we come back to Fredericksburg they want to come back to this house. With 6 people, we had to space out the showers. :) We are use to a tankless hot water heater.

Loved it!

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed and more! Host was very accommodating and always replied back to texts quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Great escape

What a great place to escape after a busy day of shopping, rather unwinding in the hot tub or playing a great game of air hockey this house has it all! Short distance from Main Street, highly recommend staying at this location! We will definitely use this property again!

AMAZING!!!

The house was perfect for my girls and I on my bachelorette trip weekend! The staff was SO nice, available, and quick to respond!! The house was spacious, had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was THE BEST! There are so many beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and bathrooms were so cute and clean! 10000000/10 recommend!!!!

Beautiful Place

We came here to celebrate a birthday and absolutely had a blast. The location of the home is in a very convenient location to get to the downtown area. The home was beautiful and super clean. We loved the game room and spent most of our time there or in the hot tub.

Our Fredericksburg Christmas!!!

We had a great time. The house had plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect getaway before Christmas. The kids had lots of fun in the game room and in the hot tub. Will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful house for large groups

The house was beautiful. Everything was new and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook a great meal. Only negative thing I would say is the light switches are confusing to what they turn on.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful three-day stay here as an extended family of eleven. The game room was fun for everyone, the dining room table seated everyone comfortably, beds were comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Every little detail had been thought of: shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided in the bathrooms; kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware...down to dishwasher tabs and a fully-stocked spice rack; coffee bar had a wide assortment of coffee and hot chocolate available. Wonderful!

So much fun

Wine Country Escape

We celebrated 10 years of marriage and decided to visit Pecht Haus. The house had everything we needed and more. We definitely enjoyed the gameroom and hot tub after a long day of shopping and wine tasting. We will be back.

Fabulous!

The house was IMMACULATE! This was by far the cleanest VRBO house that we have ever stayed in. The game room was amazing and the cute coffee bar was perfect! The house is only a few minutes drive from downtown Fredricksburg. Would definitely recommend this house!!!
