-The premises are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25), except for families traveling with children. Under no circumstances do we rent to prom groups, senior week guests, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

-This a second floor unit so steps are required.

-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

-We do not accept pets at this location.

-Linens and towels are not provided. You must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit.
