I can see why this place is rated so high, we had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, clean, and organized. The host was very helpful and provided many things such as coffee, tea, shopping bags, and snacks. I’d definitely recommend this stay!!

This is not a luxury property as listed but it was ok. There were several issues and the owner was notified and said he would fix before the next tenants. Bathroom is nice and beds were comfortable. All of the kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans were either warped or broken.

Enjoyed the coffee nook and sunroom/pool combination. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks to Spring Creek trails, and access to the Plano/Frisco area. Perfect for our extended stay.

House was very clean and was as described in the listing. Kitchen and coffee area were well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery store. Great communication with host!

Good Location and ample space

Nice property with a lot of space that could use some TLC as it appears to be well used, especially the outside pool area. Location was excellent and neighborhood quiet.

The home is large and beautiful inside. The investors are very friendly. The only downside for me and family was they had to come to the house several times to do things that could've been done before the rental. Other than that everything was great.

Thank you for your stay. We humbly apologize for any inconvenience from not getting the new TV in the house prior to your arrival, as we learned right before your arrival that the TV in one of the bedrooms needed to be replaced. Also, our very brief visit to prepare the house from the outside for the below freezing temperatures unfortunately became necessary due to the severe temperature drop that snuck up on us in North Texas toward the end of your month-long stay at the property.

Our family was in town visiting from Arkansas visiting family for the weekend. The host was very quick to accommodate the small issue we were experiencing with the thermostat. The layout of the home was perfect with our 3 young kids. It was nice being able to close off the hallway with bedrooms for noise reduction. We all LOVED the backyard oasis with the pool and trunk full of pool toys. We appreciated the VRBO providing access to beach towels as well. My kids had fun with the interchangeable game table too (pool, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball). Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and home was located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and convenient part of town. We very much enjoyed our stay and would easily stay here again in the future!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our stay. The pool is what attracted us to the house and it didnt disappoint. My family spent hours in the pool. The communication with the owners was great they responded quickly with questions and concerns we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect fit.

This house was the perfect setup for our group. The 4 boys enjoyed the bunk room! The pool was nice to come back too for the hot afternoons to cool off and relax. Very clean and easy check in/check out

Perfect Pool and Living Room

Without doubt, the pool and open concept living room is the seller for this property. The pool is the perfect size with varying depths and ultra clean. The quiet neighborhood and location is a win. While still 5 star worthy my only negative comment would be for better lighting in the bedrooms.

This was just as advertised . Great location and exceptional service . Well maintained and prompt response . Had some trouble with Wi-Fi last couple of days but awesome place to spend time with family and Friends . Pool area is great to entertain. Anyone Will definitely recommend it and will visit again

Much Needed Vacation House

Loved this house so much. Very spacious and beautiful. My family and I had so much fun here swimming and playing pool. They had snacks when we got there. Also had toothbrush’s and extra towels overall great experience. They paid attention to the little things that made us feel welcome. Would book again!

Great spot for families

We enjoyed it, good neighborhood, well cared for and maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice, WiFi worked well, in fact everything worked. The stuff to work on:There were not enough glasses or coffee cups of decent size, there were no dishwasher pods, pantry was completely empty.(Which was by design and I get that) Also high dusting in closet top shelves and the game room floor in all the edges, nothing major at all on cleanliness. Overall great place.

Thank you! Dishware in the kitchen as been replenished. There are dishwasher powder packets that are left under the sink that perhaps was missed. We appreciate this feedback!

Great staycation spot!

My family and I wanted to plan a staycation at a place that all of our family members of varying ages would be able to enjoy! This was the perfect place just for that! If I had any questions, Khadija was quick to reply! The place was exceptionally clean and so well organized we were able to find everything we needed! One of the best VRBO rentals I have ever had! We would book this place again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay over the holidays

My husband and I moved to Virginia from the Frisco area and wanted to be with friends and family over the holidays. This home was great for what we needed and fit everyone comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the large TVs in all the bedrooms were a hit! We had regular communication with the owners and they were very accommodating. This house is close to great shopping areas and there is a beautiful walking trail for those that want to get out or walk the pets. We would highly recommend this property! Lisa and Trey
