Ce condo de 570 pieds carrés avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes et est idéalement situé dans River Run Village, de sorte que vous êtes à quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des festivités. Le balcon privé offre une vue sur la chaîne de montagnes Gore et la patinoire en hiver et le golf putt-putt en été.

L'entrée offre des crochets montés et un banc pour votre commodité lors des allées et venues tout au long de la journée. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat à côté d'un foyer au gaz et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. Les draps et couvertures supplémentaires sont dans un placard. Hors du salon est accès au balcon privé avec vue sur la chaîne de montagnes Gore et la patinoire en hiver et le golf putt-putt pendant l'été.

La cuisine pleine grandeur est garnie de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle essentiels pour préparer un repas hors de la maison. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. La salle de bain complète est hors du salon principal et en face de la chambre. Il a un lavabo sur colonne et une combinaison douche-baignoire et est approvisionné avec un approvisionnement initial d'articles de toilette. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat montée.

Great short stay for family ski trip

Great condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Great location, nice swimming pool amenities next door and right at shops and restaurants. Short walk to gondola. Only downside was that one of the elevators - the one accessing the parking garage - was out of order.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location was in the heart of the activity. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Parking was a bonus being underground. Pool was in a different building which made for cold walks back. Place was nice and just as described in the booking.

Garage Elevator Not Working!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was fine and everything was in order; the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with pans, bowls, utensils, etc., and the location convenient to the gondola. The worst part was the fact that the elevator wasn’t working from the garage and it was difficult to bring all the heavy gear bags and luggage up to the first floor elevator where you can then go to your room. It would’ve been nice if they had put that in the condo description so you can factor that in when choosing your stay. Had I known I would’ve picked a different location (there were other options near by). I felt bad for two families I saw who struggled with little children going up those stairs. They only notified me a couple days after I booked but of course my booking was no refundable at that point.

Long weekend getaway.

Really convenient and good facilities

There were certain things that needed to be fixed up. For example, the porcelain on the faucet was broken, which isn’t a big deal but it did take away the aesthetic of the place.

But someone else had access to out locker which was worrying form a security point of view. Our ski equipment could have been stolen so we had to keep it in our room. Property services and maintenance are prompt and professional. It's a great place to stay and SCMR staff are usually good at sorting out any issues / problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication from the start was fantastic. Very easy instructions and texted throughout the stay to be sure that all was going well. The place was clean and had everything needed for the stay. I loved the property except for one thing. The hot tub had so much chlorine it that it burnt your eyes and was almost unbearable to sit in. Taking that out of the equation, I would 100% book this again. Great location and parking. Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through Summit County Mountain Rentals before we no complaints. This time was a bit different. Upon arrival, we leaned the elevator from the garage was out of order. This should have been brought to guest’s attention ahead of time. My husband recently had ACL surgery and hiking flights of stairs with luggage was a hassle and just unnecessary. The condo itself was nice, for the most part. The bathroom needs attention. The shower rod is absolute cracked in half and paint and pieces of dry wall were missing in numerous spots.

Great location; easy improvements needed to interior

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights in #8396 and loved the location, staff on-site were excellent. Property mgmt needs to revamp policy on cleaning. For >$225/nt, nobody should expect to have to take out garbage, sweep floors, and pay extra for soap or towels. The view was wonderful, pull out bed good, kitchen equipment well stocked. Carpet needs replacing, king bed needs replacing as sore muscles and backs need a good mattress. Vent in bathroom was clogged completely and the mantle above fireplace had 1/2in of dust! Otherwise, property was well-kept, but towels needed replacement/more at hot tubs. Ski locker room was very handy! Skating prices WAY too high for a rink w/o a Zamboni. Had a lovely time overall and will return for sure.

Great Location, Room could use some upgrades

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Buffalo Lodge before but there are better units as far as condition. The location is absolutely perfect with access to restaurants, shopping etc that goes without staying. The unit itself was less than..plaster and paint work needed as well as a carpet freshening. Kitchen was well provisioned with all that you might need to cook but stove had seen better days. Most importantly though, we were unable to get the heat to ever work in the unit. Management company was called and we were advised that there was an issue in the building but we were there Mon-Fri and had heat just once! Mercifully the fireplace worked but it made for a chilly visit.
