Top Floor w/ Mountain & Ski Slope Views, Ideal Location in River Run Village

Top floor, open concept studio sleeps 4 across a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen bed. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a full kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and cooking utensils you would find at home. Guests also have a crockpot, hot water kettle, electric kettle, new pots and pans and wine glasses. The breakfast bar seats two and the dining room table has room for four.

In the living room, the guests have a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu as well as dish satellite and Blu-Ray DVD player. It is equipped with new furniture, carpet and vaulted ceilings which create a large space. The gas fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. The balcony is next to the dining table and overlooks River Run village, an ice rink with mountain and slope side views.

The dedicated Queen bed is on the far right corner from the front and the Queen sleeper can be used with ease. The guest bathroom is located near the front with a shower/tub combination, hair dryer and clothing rack.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Extremely convenient, very clean, loved the fireplace. The key pickup is in a different spot, so if you are using a shuttle, you'll need to let them know. Would love to stay here again!

Great Property

Located steps from ski lifts and restaurants in Keystone. This was a great place for a ski vacation . The unit was very clean and the bed super comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great management and property! This was a short walk to the gondola. My husband and I loved out stay and would pick this place again if we came back to Keystone.

Great property with a great view.

Nice property with good amenities, clean and convenient. The centralized building heat could be turned down as it got warm even at night with the windows open.

Beautiful view of snowcapped mountains outside the balcony of our unit, watched the sun set over the mountains followed later that night by venus and the moon. Short walk to variety of restaurants, outside live music, and the gondola.

I liked the place, but a little disappointed the chair in the living room was broken, the elevator was broken much of the time (top floor place), and my keys stopped working and I was stuck outside of my place until someone working there who didn't speak english was gracious enough to let me use his phone to get someone to come let me in. When the new keys finally arrived I had missed most of the day skiing. lift tickets aren't cheap.

Nice cozy condo in late spring

Nice clean, cozy condo to stay in during late spring. Appreciated the responsive staff who provided detergent on request when I needed to wash clothes. Also enjoyed the full kitchen, and the fireplace was great for warming up during the cool nights and mornings. Wished I had a longer stay here during my trip.

Excellent single family destination

Great studio for a single family. We took advantage of all the amenities and enjoyed a great weekends right on River Run. The pool is a cool walk/run but a lot of fun for the kids. You can get there through the parking garage. If you plan to ski/board on the day of check out you will need to either get a late check out or move your car to the river run parking lot.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
