The cottage of the tannin. 11. Was great. 2 bedrooms, queen and king size beds, No bunk beds which is great for 4 adults. Short walk across the street to the beach. Dedicated walkway and beach path. We rented chairs so that was super nice too . Place was clean and roomy. Great location in Orange. Beach , Al

Property as described. It was a perfect walking distance to the beach & surrounded by great options for dinner & entertainment. Host was very responsive & friendly! We had a small issue on our first full day, it was reported & maintenance was there within the hour to solve the problem. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Excellent Stay- Happy Guest

The process of booking the cottage was made easy by one of the agents that assisted me over the phone, and she made sure I had my discount for that 4th of July weekend. We stayed at Cottages of Tannin 11. I really enjoyed the home, it was clean peaceful and right across from the beach. We had a private access point gate we walked through. I would definitely stay at this location a million times. So convenient. It wasn't far from where we needed to go as far as food, and touring the city.

Great location and very clean. Only thing was maintenance was there replacing the front door lock when we arrived and they had to come back the next day to finish, but really wasn’t an issue.

This vrbo was so incredible! The pictures are all accurate and the listing felt like it was even better in person! The accessibility of the private beach and pool was so helpful and easy! The house had everything that we needed and it was a wonderful little getaway for a girls trip with my sister! So many good restaurants and shopping near by. Highly highly recommend this place!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in Cottages of Tannin 11. We will look at different properties the next time we come. Furniture in living area is very outdated and uncomfortable, barstools have had cushions removed with hardware exposed and bedding doesn't fit bed in Queen size room. Metal bed frame (with ladder under the bed) Is exposed. It would have been nice to have a blanket In each bedroom. This has been a problem since we have stayed in this property, quantity and quality of bedding needs to be addressed. Cottage definitely needs updating.

Great cottage!

My wife and I really enjoyed this beach cottage. It was very nice, clean, very well-decorated, and the village pool was a nice addition. The beach was easy to get to, and it was never overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Do note that there is NO HOT WATER in the second bedroom bathroom. There is not a designated place to walk or relieve your dog, but there is a dog park a mile away. For being a beach house, I was surprised there are no pool toys or beach toys. I was also surprised that there was no salt and pepper in the shakers, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket or two. The house was clean, the pool was clean, the beds were comfortable, the walk to the beach was very manageable. We spent 6 days here and would do it again for the right price

The location is just a short walk from the beach. Seveal people had their pups with them. The downfall is that the some of the fixtures do not have hot water in the house.

Lovely place

Very nice, comfortable, and freshly decorated. One little complaint from me and my guests, the Keurig needs to be upgraded, it malfunctioned and left us going out for coffee in the morning.
