Looking for your romantic getaway. Fall in love with Three Rivers at this private, peaceful Riverfront Beauty! Your bungalow is walking distance to eateries, breweries, art and antique shops and just miles from Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Sit on your private deck overlooking the Main Fork of the Kaweah River while you sip coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Walk to the shops and local eateries, read by the river, travel to the National Parks, ride the rapids during Spring and Early Summer or rent a Pontoon boat at Lake Kaweah. Our little town is full of fun.
We loved this bungalow! The size is just right and the location is perfect. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved how close it is to the Sequoia National Park entrance.
The River Bungalow had convenient parking in a quiet, private setting. And, it was clean, air- conditioned, with a very functional kitchen. Bathroom was great also. Itâs obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making this a wonderful retreat space My boyfriend and I loved our trip to Sequoia and splashing in the river only steps away.
We absolutely loved our stay ! The rental was in a perfect location just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park, which made getting into the park super easy. One of the best parts was the river ,you can see it right from the window, and itâs just a short walk from the rental. The interior of the home was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and spread out after long days of hiking and exploring. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.Thereâs also a great local brewery and a cute little coffee both within walking distance This was the perfect home base for our Sequoia adventures. Weâd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled escape!
We loved everything about our stay. The bungalow is beautiful and full of charm. Every detail has been carefully thought out. From the decor to towels and bedding, everything was good quality and home like. The host was very responsive and checking in and out was very smooth. The location couldnât be better to visit the Sequoia National Park and itâs also near everything you may need- market, shops, cafes, gas, etc. Highly recommend coffee place two doors down!
This is our second stay at the property, this time to experience snow in King Canyon and we absolutely loved it. Staying by the river and using the deck to eat our meals was so peaceful. We absolutely love coming here! 10/10 rating. The hosts are the best!
This bungalow was spacious, bright and very pleasant. It is located next to a coffee shop with good food and restaurant. There was a grocery close by. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and in the common areas in the evenings. Very pleasant stay.
We had a lovely stay! The property is located on a river, which was beautiful, and within a few miles of the entrance to Sequoia NP. The Buckaroo Diner is just a few doors down and the food was quite good. Even though this is a rather remote area, Wifi worked fine, and there was a gas station with a small but fairly well-stocked store within walking distance. Would recommend this property!
This was a wonderful stay and we didn't want to leave! The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, walking down to the river, and getting coffee at the attached coffee shop! We also were happy that we could enjoy both the Pizza Factory and Buckaroo restaurant close by! It's a great location for getting to Sequoia and Kings Canyon and it exceeded all of our expectations. Very charming!
This one bedroom unit was a great place to stay for a trip to Sequoia National Park. It had all the basics for a four nights stay. My spouse and I use the kitchen to cook several meals, and also walked to the nearby restaurants. The couch was very comfortable. The deck overlooking the river was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon after exploring the park all day, the owners live somewhere nearby and weâre very responsive to any questions I had. The bed was a little too soft for my liking that is my own personal preference. Parking behind the building may be tight if you have a larger vehicle. We got some fresh ground coffee from the coffee shop in the same plaza and it was delicious.
Only a few miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park!
We enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was clean and communication with the manager was very timely. We enjoyed being close to the entrance to the park, but still had to drive 1-2 hours to get to many of the hikes/areas of interest we went to.
There is only one parking space per unit (and we had two cars) but we managed by parking one car in the business parking lot above between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
We would just take that car to the parks every day during the restricted parking time in the business lot.
The power went out for about twelve hours one evening, but the communication was great with the manager, and this was not their fault at all.
Would love to explore more of this area in the future.
My fiance and I took our summer vacation to the sequoias and took a chance on Vrbo, this was our first time using it and we were so pleasantly surprised. The apartment looked 100% exactly like the listing and it felt so spacious for the two of us. We ate meals on the deck and sat near the river in our back yard which was so relaxing. The food nearby is all delicious and we were only 20 minutes from sequoias 198 entrance! The A/C was so nice and fresh especially in the crazy heat! The only con was the stove which we used a lot, it seemed to have a connection issue as all the burners would click while in use. But still worked just fine, you just had to be mindful. We loved our stay and canât wait to return! The hosts were also kind and very quick to respond which I very much appreciated!
While the rental was comfy and beautiful it is not located privately for 2 you do not have your own access to the water to sit and relax. You do not have your own private drive. The rental is located and connected to businesses right next to the main road. OlâBuckaroo over looks where you can use the shoreline and water. An adventure rafting business uses the drive and blocks you in when giving safety instructions and having the rafters access the water. In photos and the description leads you to believe this is a quiet individual location; it is not. There are also ants all over in the bathroom. The trees block your view from the deck as well. Would not recommend for any reason but a place to sleep.
Casa Mendoza, Sequoia cafe and River View Grill and Bar were all amazing to get food at!
Great place to stay. Owners very responsive. Private River access was just feet away. Many more amenities than they list. Coffee maker with coffee/coffeemare, hair dryer, spices, olive oil. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper shampoo, soap, beach towels etc.
Just a great property in a great location. Comfortable, clean, quiet and over looking the Kaweah River with river access included. Convenient food choices nearby, easy access to Sequoia Nat'l Park and a reserved parking space included!
Wonderful place to stay when visiting Sequoia NP. Very close to the park entrance. Clean, comfortable, well supplied. Restaurants, shops, coffee, gas literally right there! Weâd definitely stay there again.
We loved our stay. Place is very clean and very convenient location. Being able to just walk down to the river was a plus. It was great experience and definitely will recommend the location and as well book in the future again.
Thank you!
