Tucked back off the main road, this riverfront home has been professionally renovated from top to bottom to create a modern river oasis perfect for couples or families. View the Center Fork Kaweah River right from the living room, dining room, or up close from the patio. Inside, you'll find a gorgeous living room and dining room with breathtaking views of the river and foliage, open to the well-appointed dream kitchen. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms including the master with en suite, overlooking the patio area and river below. Large windows let in natural light, mountain and river views. Open the windows to hear the sounds of the river. The 3R Big River Retreat is a special gem you're sure to visit again and again. There is another short-term rental on the property, a tiny home on the opposite end of the lot. If you'd like to reserve both homes, please let us know.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, Smart TV, and flat parking. There is river access from the home. Guests share a driveway with a tiny home on the property, which is a separate vacation rental. If you'd like to rent that home as well, please let us know.

Things to Note

The River House is on a property with another home. They have their own separate spaces and do not interfere with each other. If you'd like to reserve both homes, let us know.

Although there is wifi and a desk in the bedroom, if you plan to work during your vacation, please keep in mind that this home is located in a mountain community. The wifi speed may not be what you're used to in the city. It can be spotty and not suitable for constant Zoom meetings or high-speed streaming.

House Rules

1. Check In
Check-in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check-in. We currently cannot accommodate early check-ins. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Late checkout fees may apply.

2. Honesty is the best Policy
Add all guests & pets to the reservation, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 4 guests apply automatically with reservation request. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max.

3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high-fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas and lake essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. This is a mountain home and if you leave food/trash outside, it can attract wild animals. Thank you for your cooperation!
