Summary:
3-story home with 6 bedrooms, triple decks with lakefront access on Lake Blaine. The home offers private dock, boat shore station & private launch. Come and ice fish or bring your speed boat during the summer months. There is a massive kitchen and dining area combination to accommodate the family. This home can host up to 14 people. Relax on the decks, overlooking Lake Blaine enjoying refreshments with family, and friends. At the end of the day, slip into the spa to watch the Montana night sky!

The Space:
It is in a premier location, lakefront, private boat dock and lift, private boat ramp with access to Lake Blaine, 15 minutes from Glacier National Park Airport, 25 minutes from Glacier National Park entrance, private hot tub, fantastic views from all three levels and much, much more!

The location is ideal for vacationing in the Flathead Valley! Lake Blaine is a public lake but there is no public boat launch. This helps keep the boat volume to low levels in the summer months where other lakes like Whitefish and Flathead are very crowded. We also have an enclosed boat storage unit available. The boat dock and lift are on the shore below the house. The open area above the homes is our storage unit and trailer parking.

Sleeping arrangements:
➀ Bedrooms 1 and 2 have King-sized beds
➀ Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed
➀ Bedroom 4 has a Bunk bed and double bed
➀ Bedrooms 5 and 6 have Double beds

1. Please be cautious when using the outdoor dining table, as it can become very hot to the touch under the sun.
2. The boat launch is private, owned by the HOA. Guests wishing to use the boat launch, must first inform the PMI guest services team 24 hours prior, to unlock the gate for launching and take out of rental watercraft.
3. There is a front door access as well as a side door access with a keyless entry system installed.
4. Just to let you know, the home is located in a rural area of the county, and private roads and driveways are not plowed on a regular schedule. Please be prepared for winter driving to access the property. In addition, internet service might be slow.
5. The front entrance and the side entrance have doorbell cameras. The exterior rear has a camera that is for the security of the stairs leading to the lake/boat dock.
6. The property has a security alarm that is disabled by the host and not in use.

1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay. 2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

Property is great and house is clean and modern. The only problems we had were that the kitchen appliances were not very user-friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time, lots of room, beautiful lake, beautiful view.

Home was very well equipped, short distance to private boat launch, home is very roomy. You can park one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway, maximum. Keep in mind if you choose one of the two huge bedrooms on the 3rd floor, it’s 101 stairs steps to the beach (each way). It’s a beautiful stay and always too short.

Montana Dream House!

Wow!!! What an incredible house. We had the opportunity to stay here with my family, some extended family, and a few friends for my younger brother's wedding in Bigfork. The sunsets over Lake Blaine were breathtaking and we so enjoyed the huge picture windows and views of the lake from every floor. The house was perfect for our large group and we had plenty of space for each family to have their own rooms and space. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well-stocked and felt brand-new. We especially enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table for meals and games. The huge kitchen island was perfect for preparing and serving several meals for everyone. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood and we enjoyed seeing lots of wildlife throughout the week. We had the chance to visit Glacier National Park (only a short 30-minute drive away) and made multiple short trips to nearby Kalispell. We made some wonderful memories during our stay and can't wait to come back and visit Lake Blaine and Montana!

Staff retreat

I held a small 8 person staff retreat here. Property was excellent, kitchen is amazing and very well stocked with appliances and cookware, the decks, hot tub, and dock on the lake made the place an ideal setting. The one item to keep in mind is that the bedrooms vary greatly, from a huge master bedroom to a bunkbed room you enter through another bedroom. So, we drew numbers to see who got which room. :) But everyone had a wonderful time and at least one staff is considering renting again for a family vacation in the future.
