Book your stay at this spacious 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom oceanfront end-suite at the Patricia Grand, one of Myrtle Beach’s top-rated pet-friendly resorts. Located on the 5th floor, this unit features two private balconies with direct ocean views and beautiful sunset views.





This bright and open layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway.





The space includes a full kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Starter paper products and toiletries are provided.





Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom: King bed and double sleeper sofa

Living Room: Queen Murphy bed and double sleeper sofa





There are two private balconies. The main balcony off the living room offers direct oceanfront views. The second balcony off the bedroom faces the street and provides beautiful sunset views. Both balconies have seating so you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.





Guests have full access to all resort amenities, including:

On-site dining includes an oceanfront restaurant, beach bar, café with Starbucks coffee, and a convenience store.

Location:

The Patricia Grand is located directly on Ocean Boulevard in downtown Myrtle Beach. You are within walking distance to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel and just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Sports Center, and the Convention Center.





Parking:

Free parking is provided in the covered garage located across the street from the resort.





Pet Policy:

Pet fee is $20 per pet per night. Stays longer than 7 nights are a flat fee of $150 per pet. Pet fees are not included in your reservation total and will be collected separately prior to check-in. Breed restrictions apply per resort policy.
