The house smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Everything was perfect! The house had so many things that none of us even thought about. There was little things like ice in the freezer and extra supplies in the bathrooms that made the stay so much easier. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! I wouldn’t change a thing!

Great Place

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and nice. We had difficulties getting in, but the owner/manager answered the phone and was able to help up out. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect rental

Stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. Very clean and comfortable. No detail was overllooked. Fixings for coffee, snacks, toiletries, lots of blankets and pillows, even a sewing kit, lint roller umbrella and more! Backyard is very nice amd private. We didnt have tome to build a fire in the firepit, but we did relax around it with our morning coffee under the beautiful huge tree. Good location. Would definitely stay here again!

Mermaid Cottage stay

We were in Beaufort for my sons graduation from Parris Island. We rented the Mermaid Cottage as ut was listed to sleep 7. We thought more family members would be coming, but it was just me and my other children. The Cottage was fantastic for what we beeded and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family vacation! We stayed here and enjoyed Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah. The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Absolutely perfect!

Great rental!

What a cute place to stay. Very clean, decorated adorably and you've thought of everything including supplies for s'mores. I'd highly recommend and we will be back. Close to town although we drove every time.

Amazing housing!

We had the pleasure of staying here to see our son graduate from Parris Island boot camp and it had everything we could ask for! Beautiful back yard with fire pit. Highly suggest for anyone coming to graduation or just to hangout!

Family Vacation

House is in a good central location, we especially enjoyed the state park pass to the beach that was included. The neighborhood is a little run down and and there were some roaches in the house but overall decent rental.

What a great space and experience!

Your house is lovely, modern, and clean. My family and I loved the accommodations. The thoughtfulness and details just made our stay so relaxing. It was nice to see how everything was geared towards comfort. We really appreciated the extras from the beach and park passes to the s’mores fixings. The back yard was large and well kept, and we loved the fire pit. Overall a great experience.

Memorial Day Weekend

My family came to visit for Memorial Day weekend so we rented this house for the weekend. The rental property offered many items such as bikes, beach chairs, s’mores, a fire pit with wood, and more. We had a great weekend stay. The house was clean and just as advertised. I would recommend this property to others.

Well Accommodated.

Very clean. Everything you need, if you need it. Owner was very responsive. We stayed here the week of our Marine’s graduation. Easy drive (about 20 minutes) to Parris Island.

A trip to remember

The property was in a very Nice neighborhood and well maintained. It was located conveniently to the major road and local attractions. The only possible change would be sleeper couch which was really uncomfortable. The swag bag and island pass was a very nice touch.

Very nice

Peaceful quiet. Was there for marine graduation 30mim ride to Parris island the house was in the middle of everything you will need restaurants and grocery store. They even left s'mores didn't get a chance to use because of rain. I would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable.

Everything you need

This adorable VRBO was exactly as described. It was very clean and they added many thoughtful extras to make our stay enjoyable. 20-25 minutes to the beach...we enjoyed having the pass available so that we didn't have to pay each day. Plenty of beach towels, chairs etc. There is a cute fire pit area built in the back yard. We were bummed that we ran out of time to have smores. Great communication and easy check in.

Granddaughter’s graduation

We came for our granddaughter’s graduation from Marine boot camp. It was a very short drive. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Neighbors were not an issue, but several have loud barking dogs. Not anything the property owner can do about that. Also, they were not left out all the time, so it was mostly noticeable during the day. The house is the most efficiently stocked place I’ve ever stayed in, fully stocked kitchen; soap, shampoo and container in the bathrooms; washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets; big back yard with fire pit and a shed with bicycles, chairs, extra propane tank; there were also beach towels in the laundry room and a pass to the park. Check in was easy - the code to the front door was emailed to me the day of arrival. When the battery was low on the front door, we were advised that someone would be coming to replace it, which I appreciated. Overall it was a great stay!

Great property, close to everything. We were there to do some fishing with our boat, check out the beach and the town of Beaufort. Location is central to everything. The home was perfect, we had 2 couples and 2 teenagers. You really did think of everything, the special touches were nice. Ingredients for smores (which we didn’t get to use because it was just too hot for a fire pit :) ), snack basket, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the Beaufort area. Thank you!
