Built in 1945 right after WW, brand new complete renovation!

Perfect for Family

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. The house had everything we needed and is in a quiet neighborhood. The owners seem very laid back and accommodating.

Great stay in Beaufort

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and loved the fact it had 2 full bathrooms. The location was convenient and just a short drive to the historic downtown. Super easy check in and check out process. Very nice stay!

Plenty of space for family

Property had plenty of space for our family of four. Joe was quite responsive via text beforehand with suggestions and check-in info, as well as during the stay when we encountered a minor issue.

Perfect short stay

Great place for two or three days. Appreciated that you chose to put a king bed in the main bedroom, but maybe you could figure out some shelves or something in the corner by the door. Somewhere to play some clothing.

Great quiet spot convenient to Beaufort

We found the house to be pleasant and as advertised. The location was great. Very simple to get to Bay St and waterfront park. Very simple to get to other points of interest. Would return.

Perfect for graduation

This property was the perfect stay for our USMC graduation needs. Located close to a variety of grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. Took us maybe 20-30 minutes to get to base when we needed to. Definitely the right price and location! Place was clean and well maintained!

Nice place and quiet neighborhood

The back bedroom with a king is the quietest and allows easy access from both sides. The kitchen table could accommodate four, but needs to be pulled out. The exterior doesn't reflect the comfort and quality of the interior. It's very convenient by bike or car to everything we wanted and needed to do. The free park pass was an unexpected bonus that we used twice. We would stay here again.

Beaufort bungalow

The location of the property was perfect for morning walks in the cemetary and bike rides in the neighborhood to water and playground/park. Interior had more space than expected. Bathrooms look recently updated. Kitchen could use a few more items (colander), but we made it work. Floors and baseboards seemed dusty/dirty. Notified owners of minor problem with freezer so they are aware. All appliances in great condition otherwise. Really appreciate the laundry facilities and products. Beds were very comfortable (memory foam, I believe). Overall, I would recommend this property.

Quaint cottage with beautiful yard

My husband and I brought his daughter and son in law to visit our favorite town and stayed in this cute house. It had a great feel and ticked all the boxes. The neighborhood was quiet and the covered parking area was a nice surprise. There were extras we didn’t expect to see like different coffees, laundry detergent and even some eggs!!!! The only thing in the Master bedroom there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes-and I hate living out of a suitcase. We made due by rearranging some items in the armoire that housed all the extra stuff for the house. I feel as if you could move the close hanger and put in a piece of furniture with drawers. Otherwise the place was GREAT!!!! Thank you

The check in was so easy and it had an easy entrance only two steps. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. Having the 2 bathrooms was awesome and well supplied. The whole experience was so enjoyable. I recommend this little but comfortable home to anyone visiting Beaufort, South Carolina.

Our family came to go to the graduation at Parris Island and the air show. The location was great. The cottage is lovely. The beds were very comfortable! Everything we needed was provided. It was perfect for our stay.

High School friends

Some high school buddies came from Ga to help repair my dock. We had a blast. The guys loved the house. The fridge went out and Joe got a new one. Couldn’t be happier.
