Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, backyard, and all amenities during their stay. This includes the saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and all living spaces. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in. On-site parking is available in the carport and driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

* **City of Palm Springs ID #:** 003899

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles. This is a mandatory city regulation.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Optional Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for a fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours before your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.

* **Cancellation Processing:** Please be aware that a 5% service charge may be applied to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the booking platform's policy for specific refund amounts.
