Retreat to the ground floor master bedroom for a bubble bath in the garden tub. Double sinks means twice the counter space to get ready in the mornings or unwind in the evenings. All beds have 12 inches memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep.

- We have outdoor-only cameras (front door, front garage, side yard). Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels
- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available
- This property is located in close knit HOA community and we only accept families. Sorry NO groups.

COMPLIMENTARY BIKES:
- Guests are kindly required to wear a helmet at all times while riding bicycles.
- If a bicycle or helmet is lost, guests will be charged the value of replacement.

-Furry friends:
1. Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.

6. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
