Book a luxurious stay for your family this year and consider Easy Breezy, a vacation home in 30A for your accommodations. This rental includes five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms allowing 20 of your closest friends or family to have ample space to unpack and unwind.

Hardwood floors, granite countertops, your own private patio, and more can be found at this gorgeous vacation rental. Enjoy views of the community pool while preparing appetizers in one of the two fully equipped kitchens or while lounging in the living room watching a movie on the Smart TV. Not to mention, each bedroom also comes with its own Smart TV. The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom can be found on the second floor. The second bedroom is located on the first floor, and the remaining bedrooms are found on the third floor. Each bedroom also offers gorgeous views of the pool. The fifth bedroom even comes with an ensuite bathroom. Imagine waking up each day to incredible Florida weather and making plans to spend your day lounging in the sun. Great space for large family!

This house was perfect for our large family with 3 units (parents and kids) sleeping there, and 2 other family units joined for fellowship and meals. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have expected, but we were able to make do. I have reported this , so I expect it has been taken care of. The bedrooms had a private feel to them, which I think is nice when you have so many people around! The management was very easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect set up for our family of 11. Nice pool access. Short drive to the beach.

Awesome Place

Such a great home in a perfect location! 1/2 mile and 8 minute bike ride down to the gulf. The pool is fabulous and steps away from your private back gate. We completely enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

Family Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed staying at Easy Breezy with plenty of rooms for us to spread out. Wish the dining table and great room would have held more people. We were thankful for the bikes, the golf cart, and the pool toys and beach chairs. The ocean was amazing! And the pool was also a plus! Fun places to eat and the grocery store was close by.

Worst VRBO we have ever had.

No early check in allowed. Was told they needed all that time to clean that house, but the house was listed as available all the prior week to our arrival. We drove by 2 hrs early and no one was cleaning. Upon arrival all 3 trash cans were full and appeared to have been for a week. They were full of maggots and nats. The nats found there way into the house and we battled nats all week. They were even in the refrigerator. Rented golf cart but management company could not tell us where the key was for the first 2 days. Asked for a pro-rate refund for the cart and was given the run around. House was not completely clean. Floors did not appear to have been mopped. Cabinets above microwave were covered in grease. Neither clothes dryer worked. Third floor struggled to get hot showers and we had one day with no hot water in the entire house. Bought food for the grill to find out it was completely out of propane. 2nd story balcony door does not latch. Had toddler fall out of the door twice. Renters cant use the pool until noon...half the day is already gone by then. Very few chairs and umbrellas available in the pool area. Regardless of all these issues, the house is nice. The pool is equal to any resort. The rental company did address all our issues within 24 hrs but all the issues we had, they had already had complaints about or were just to lazy to make sure house was 100% prior arrival. House and pool are nice but we had many problems. Not recommended.

Easy Breezy

Description was accurate , bikes were in fair shape ( seats not tightened down, tires were inflated, golf cart usable. Best suggestions would be a binder with better description on how everything works. Dishwasher did not run properly or we didn’t figure out how to use it correctly. Clothes washer not in best shape but usable

Family stay!

Everything was memorable. The house was located perfectly. The golf cart made the 5 min commute to the beach an easy one. The pool there was centrally located, but does come with interesting rules that weren’t stated before. Only other gripe is the cleanliness of the house.

Great house for family vacations

We had a wonderful time at “Easy Breezy”. Every age group enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach (little to far to walk in the heat) but we did ride the bikes down once. The house itself was absolutely perfect for the amount of ppl we had. We made s’mores on the outside fire pit one night for dessert. So many great memories made. The only thing to even have a negative and it’s not really a huge thing, the upstairs washer is LOUD and the upstairs dryer the lent trap is cracked so clothes could get caught. We are a family that uses the washer and dryer while there so for us it was a little annoying. But there is another smaller washer and dryer on the entry level floor. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and we’re already talking about the next time we come down.

Great property and communication

A couple of small issues upon checking and during stay, but they were easily taken care of by the property manager. It’s a delightful home and if it hadn’t rained so much, the trip would have been perfect!!
