Modern, pet friendly1/3 acre home just 25 minutes to downtown Portland
Relax in my Gladstone oasis overlooking an untouched trail and forested area! Cozy, bright, and private spot for visiting family, working remotely, or taking a weekend to yourself. I hope you connect with my affinity for vintage art and clean lines!
Situated less than 30 minutes from about anywhere in Portland Metro, 10 mins to historic Oregon City, and 1 hr to Mt. Hood.
This is a dog friendly, non-smoking house. The large yard is secluded on a dead-end street, though not fenced.
Home is very nice. Newly remodeled. Very comfortable beds. Home is at the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. It's a little overgrown outside but overall a great place to stay. Neighbors across the street were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again, for sure.
This was a perfect sized home for our family of four. The location was set back enough where we felt we had privacy and space for our dog, but not too far from the city. It was clean, linens were nice, mattresses comfortable - we loved our stay here.
I stayed here with my two adult daughters and my two dogs and it was perfect. The home was spacious and practical yet super cute. I loved the neighborhood and convenient location.
Thanks to the host for a wonderful stay. Made our visit feel like visiting a home vs a soulless hotel. My pet really enjoyed the place as well. Would recommend to anyone as long as you are able to walk up a few stairs and through a narrow sidewalk. Very clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was very quiet.
This was a very clean and comfortable home, we were very pleased with everything and most definitely recommend this home especially if you have pets. Very pet friendly home.
Never got tv reception n that was The only small minus compared to super comfortable bed n gorgeous home. All needs met - privacy, dog area, kitchen n bedroom fabulous! Loved the simple clean lines. Great shower n light throughout the house. Thank you for a beautiful stay like home.
This rental is pet friendly but relatively cleanâwouldnât have ever realized pets had stayed here. However, the bathroom shower had human hair still hanging on the shower wall & the toilet was used & had not been flushed. Otherwise the rental seemed very clean. Nice, small rental for a quick weekend trip. Driveway was narrow, tight tide for two vehicles. Pathway to get to the rental would be difficult to manage for elderly or handicapped.
This unit is a reasonable size, but you are not renting the entire home. Side entrance to unit by way of a rock path past the front door and the bushes. other area of home is under construction but was not ongoing during our visit. A/C provided is 2 floor units in master and living area, which is insufficient for entire unit. Cannot close blinds in master br due to exhaust for a/c unit thru the window. Skylight in master br so if you like to sleep in a dark room, this is not for you. 2nd bedroom was too warm to sleep in on hot days. May be 1/3 acre property but little of it is usable due to thorny raspberry plants all over the yard. Beds are comfortable, living room a comfortable and relaxing space, kitchen well appointed. Excellent closet space. Communication with host was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again, but knowing it is not exactly as pictured/presented.
This adorable house was just perfect for me, my hubby, son, and 2 labradors. Cozy, comfortable, wonderful kitchen and island to make meals. The decor was so cool, fun vintage items to look at and enjoy. And for only having one bathroom, it was HUGE! We loved our stay. Felt safe. The location is awesome for all the activities we were doing in Clackamas County. Our hostess was AMAZING with the communication and taking care of everything we needed. I will not hesitate to stay there again should the need arise for a trip to Gladstone/Portland
Selah was the best property manager we've ever worked with. Prompt communications and had everything we needed. I also appreciated that she allowed us to bring our cats to the property along with our dogs when we were in-between homes due to moving!
Hi there! I'm Selah. I've lived in the Portland area since 2015, but I was proudly born and raised in Alaska. I love to have a cozy spot to land when I travel, and I hope you enjoy my home.
This property was a major fixer-upper when I came to it in 2015. My father and I worked for 2 years to completely redesign and remodel everything (while living in the same construction zone!).
This property is at the end of a dead-end street. Connected to my yard is a lovely, short trail that ends at an upper neighborhood. 3 out of 4 sides of my home cannot be seen by a single neighbor. You'll feel like you're in the middle of the woods, but in fact you're a five minute walk to a playground, five minute drive to Happy Rock Coffee, and 25 minutes to downtown Portland.
