Whip up a tasty meal in the shared club room, furnished with a community kitchen, plenty of table seating, and a TV. The shared fitness area offers treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, and a hot tub.

Admire natural beauty and bay views at Centennial Park and Myrtle Edwards Park (1.4 miles). Enjoy an afternoon at the Washington Park Arboretum and the Japanese Garden (4.5 miles). Watch salmon migrate north at Ballard Locks (5 miles). The Ballard neighborhoods trendy shops and eateries are also sure to please. Rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore Lake Washington. Hop on a whale-watching tour or board a ferry across Elliott Bay to gorgeous Bainbridge Island. Watch the sunset from Piers 62 and 63 (200 feet).
