There are 5 floors in the building and the apartment is located on the 4th floor. Unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with granite countertops and ample white cabinetry. Bedroom features  pillow top queen sized bed. Oversized living room furnishes a sleeper sofa, desk, dining table and large flatscreen Tv. Coin-op laundry located on the lower level.

Disclaimer: This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
