Simply walk out your front door and head to the nearest chair lift. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or relaxing in nature, this location puts you right in the heart of Big Bear's year-round adventure.

The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals just like at home, including an oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and utensils. The upstairs living area is a welcoming space to gather with friends or family, complete with a fireplace, flat screen cable TV, and central heating for cozy winter nights. Free WIFI is also included throughout the unit.

The downstairs master bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom, and a TV with DVD player. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, with a second full bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: location, big windows w/ view of slopes / ski lifts, ski in location. Spacious, nice balcony. Nice fireplace. Cons: Everything old. Smelled like cigarette smoke; can barely squeeze in common bathroom. The twin beds are not comfortable. Heating system loud. No full size sofa to lie down in front of nice fireplace.

Great location but

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for skiing but the unit needs maintenance & updating. The carpet needed vacuuming, the lighting in kitchen & living area is poor, the floor light in living room was broken, showers didn't work well, kitchen faucet didn't work well, the TV remote was broken. The bathrooms need updating. For $700 a night you expect much better. I would only recommend this property to an avid skier because the condition of the unit is substandard for the price.

Radical 80s-Totally Tubular!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't think this place has been updated since it was built! SUPER ran down. Table and chairs were literally falling apart. Wore shoes everywhere as I didn't know what else would be crawling on the carpet. Furniture outdated. No overhead lights (except a lamp or two). SUPER cold upstairs and boiling downstairs (in bedrooms). Ski in Ski out if you DARE! SUPER icy! There is no easy way to the mountain. WAY overpriced!Price should be based on last renovation, not how many people it sleeps! The 1/2 bedroom? Seriously? It's 2 twin beds with a curtain... LOL
