Welcome to our completely renovated North Fork Vacation Rental! We are excited to offer our guests a unique and unforgettable vacation experience in the heart of Long Island’s wine country. Our beautifully appointed Cutchogue vacation rental is perfect for couples, small families and groups of friends who want to enjoy all that the North Fork has to offer. Our home is equipped with all new furniture, a brand new bathroom, an electric fireplace and amenities such as a new Weber grill, a brand new wine fridge to store all those purchased bottles or a Nespresso cappuccino maker just to name a few. With a large backyard there is plenty of space to take advantage of all the fun outdoor games the home is equipped with. Step out onto the newly renovated deck for an early morning cup of coffee and enjoy the cool breeze and quiet surroundings, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening by the new outdoor firepit. The family room was recently renovated and now you and your guests can enjoy playing a game of foosball on our new table, try a hand at PacMan or you can even keep it simple with a board game. Relax and watch a movie on our large screen tv while the kids are sleeping. The possibilities at our home are endless!

Our rental is just a short car/bike ride to the beach and is surrounded by world-renowned vineyards. We are within walking distance of Bedell, Pindar winery and Raphael. Long Island's North Fork is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the good life. It is centrally located to all the best wineries, the Greenport Brewery, restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops and so much more! Just a 20-minute drive to Riverhead and the Tanger Outlets or a 10-minute drive to the town of Greenport and the famous carousel and beautiful docks! We look forward to your arrival and hope you enjoy your stay with us!

This rental was very clean and new. It was easy to check in and the owner even accommodated us with an early check in. Convenient location to the wineries and the beaches . Would definitely visit again !

Really nice stay at this property, very close to cute North Fork towns and downtown Greenport. Under 10min drive to calm, quiet beaches. Really easy to navigate this home with two young children (2 under 3!). Connie was super responsive and very easy to deal with.

Looked just like the picture, very clean, we even had a last minute check in with a day notice and even though housekeeping wasn’t able to get there to give it a once over it was still clean. Great area, close to wineries, if that’s your thing, and very quiet.

Great North Fork Hideaway

This home was exactly what I was looking for! It wasn’t too big or small-just right! Everything was new, clean and perfect for our stay. The owners were friendly and responsive and available when needed. The location is right in the heart of the North Fork! 30 mins to Greenport and wineries galore all around! The house was very child friendly so if you have little ones they is a great spot. My 8 year old enjoyed the game area and the big TV!!!

My parents lived at 1210 Hiawathas Path in Southold and so we know the area very well. We have not been back to the North Fork in 5 years and were very happy with the location of this house. So easy to hit wineries, breweries, restaurants and beaches. Thanks for allowing us to use your house.

Great stay for our family of 6

This was a last minute weekend getaway for New Years Eve & the hosts were very accommodating. New everything, very clean. Beds are super comfortable and we appreciated the fluffy bath towels! We had 4 “kids” with us, age 17-28 & there was plenty of space for them to spread out in the new game room. Everything was as advertised, easy walk to Bedell Vineyard. We hope to return in the warm months to enjoy the beaches.

Perfect spot for an amazing weekend!

My stay here with my husband and 18 month old daughter was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway - the house is so beautiful (just as pictured), very clean, and is in an unbeatable location! We were able to walk to several wineries, drove to a nearby beach just a couple of minutes away, and were in short driving distance of several restaurants/breweries which was great for convenience. Connie is such an excellent host - great communication and also so sweet (she left bubbles for our daughter which was such a nice surprise!) I highly recommend staying here - we’re already planning our next trip back!

There is no mold in any part of our home, I am not clear on where this comment came from. With respect to everything else, the pictures posted give an accurate reflection of what the home looks like, including no lamps in the bedroom. We went with a more modern aesthetic when we recently renovated our home. With respect to the towels and bureau, you simply had to open the master bedroom closet and you would have located both the extra towels as well as space for unpacking clothes. Lastly, we have several chairs available for use in the family room. Had you contacted me even once during your 4 day stay I would have loved the opportunity to help guide you to what you neeeded. As indicated in all of my other reviews, my home is highlighted for its cleanliness as well as my responsiveness.

Pleasant for a 2 day stay.

The house was very clean and ina very desirable location on the North Fork. However, there seem to be too many rules for this short stay. Also, the house was not prepared for us to follow all of these rules & I felt I was in constant contact with the owners to make sure we weren’t penalized for not following the rules. The owner, Connie was VERY responsive though. We wish we were in walking distance of the beach & maybe in the future, offer a beach pass with the house rental.

Perfect location and clean house

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Connie's house in Cutchogue. We were just a 5 minute walk to several vineyards including Pindar where we sat on their outdoor patio and did a wine flight each with cheese and crackers in the October sun(umbrellas too). Connie's housevwas very clean and had everything we needed from pots and pans, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc. The couch even had a reclining feature which made watching TV even more relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Connie was also very quick to respond if we had any questions or issues.

Perfect Location for a North Fork winery weekend

We had the best experience staying at this property. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and is the perfect size for 4 people. It was minutes away from several wineries and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again!
