With fabrics and furnishings that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside, Pelican Paradise emotes a relaxing tropical vibe. These new furnishings warm up the room, creating the perfect ambience for watching the waves roll in from this spectacular vantage point.

Come vacation in 'paradise' this year! Pelican Paradise is a beautiful four-level home in an ideal Kinnakeet Shores location with easy beach access, a great view, and within walking distance to the Avon Pier, shops, and restaurants. You'll catch some gorgeous views of the ocean and sound from the large, furnished sundeck.

The gourmet kitchen and large dining room table will be a great place to enjoy some delicious seafood and trade fun stories about your day. Four of the six bedrooms are spacious main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries.

When you're ready for more fun, play a game on the foosball table or watch a show on one of eight TVs. Enjoy six DVD players (one Blu-ray player) for some thrilling entertainment. This home is complete with a large concrete sundeck, poolside furniture, and a six-foot-high privacy fence. Splash around in the 13' x 31' private pool or take a relaxing dip in the six-person hot tub.

Day at the beach

Perfect!

My family goes to the OBX twice a year, & have for years. This has been our favorite house yet! Everything was nice & clean, no issues with anything being “out of order” or broken, the house appears to have been well maintained & cared for. We definitely want to book this home again for future trips.

Pelican Paradise was PARADISE

This house was perfect in every way! There was plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen island is awesome and is well-equipped!! The added small 'fridges in main kitchen and on bottom floor are a nice addition for beverages. The pool and hot tub are great for the time you are not at the beach. There were many pool toys and floaties in the storage box too! The access to the beach is perfect for young children and older adults!! We loved that the air conditioning cooled the upper floor...many homes the air does not do that! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful beach house. Thank you to the owner and Vacasa for making this one of our best vacations!!!

Pelican Paradise with a view

The house was very clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The views were nice off the balconies of the ocean as well. We loved the pool and hot tub area. The outside showers made it very nice for rinsing off before getting in either of them as well. There was plenty of parking and the outside of the house was very clean also. All in all we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location.

Second row right next to public beach access. Kitchen very well equipped. Only suggestion would be to provide some small amount of shade around the pool deck. Sun is intense and a place to be able to stay outside but under shade would be an awesome addition.

Outer Banks Paradise

Guess 3rd time is a charm. Went to Outer Banks for our yearly family vacation Pelican Paradise was our third home we had to get due to issues with our other choices. But we were not disappointed the photos do not do it justice. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights just enough time the house was very clean the beds were very comfortable there were 9 of us and had plenty of space. So many porches facing the ocean I think we all slept with our windows open just falling asleep to the waves. The hot tub was a plus it was used often. Would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our party of 12. Plenty of space and rooms. Nice pool and the beach access was so close that it wasn’t almost like we had oceanfront. The area is great too- not too busy but plenty close by. A Food Lion is about a mile away, and some great places to eat or get coffee are also within walking distance. As a bonus, our house was ready early and we got a text letting us know we could check in earlier than planned. The house was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and the beds were comfy. The pool guy came twice while we were there and was also great. Very friendly. Overall, one of the best places we’ve stayed since we started vacations in OBX over 10 years ago!

Nice for the family

We shared this property with to other families friends. It slept 12 comfortably and the amenities were perfect. The two additional mini fridges were great for extras. The outdoor gas grill was very inefficient hardly generating any heat even on high. Other than that the pool and hot tub were perfect. We would rent this again. Note if you do have an issue Vacasa has an understaffed call center. After 15 minutes on hold I hung up. I never had this issue with OBR.

Great vacation!

Pelican Paradise was perfect! Very clean, decorated nicely, and great accommodations. A very short walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Many places to sit on a deck and enjoy the view or relax. Will come back to this house again.

This house provides a lot. We, however,were spending little time in, thus did not use the house to its potential. For the two of us it was a very comfortable and satisfactory stay. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner and watch TV in the evening or read a book. It was close to the store, beaches and not too far to the kiting spots. Consequently our experience was positive.
