Located in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views, and a sleek modern design. Exquisite details include Siberian larch interior flooring and exterior cladding, as well as a full suite of high-end appliances in the upscale kitchen.

Two separate living areas each offer ocean views and invite you to unwind indoors, one of which offers a sleeping area with sheer curtains for added privacy. Three well-appointed bedrooms are spread across each floor. All beds are fitted with organic mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and allergy-free comforters and pillows for the utmost comfort.

Step out to the fabulous outdoor living area, where a gas grill, wood-burning firepit, and small pond await. Added perks include a WiFi Bluetooth speaker, books, wagon, beach gear, and yard games.

Great Manzanita Stay

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood near the beach. The ocean views from the giant windows were an added bonus. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the house is spacious. It is a beautiful walk along the beach into town. This is a very nice property in the Manzanita area.

Enchanting Stay

This property was absolutely lovely. Incredible views and large windows made for a great few days for our small family. Very short walk down a tree-lined street to the beach. The openness, natural light, huge windows, and great feel of the property had us wanting to stay in for dinner after long days of hiking and beach fun. Would definitely recommend staying!

Exceptional Coastal Vacation Home

Everything about this home is wonderful, the views, the bedding, the furnishing, appliances, baths, the well-stocked kitchen, even the wood floor was a pleasure to walk on. There is plenty of space for 6 although we only had 2 most of the time. We felt like we were in Europe. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The house was large, open, and clean. A little too big for the two of us sisters. Very close (nice walk) to the beach. The local coffee and wine shops were fantastic. We had a great trip!!

This was really a nice house. The cleanliness, location, and amenities were top notch. We did not love the 10 AM check out, but made it work. We'd be happy to stay here again in future.

Toney Family New Year’s Tradition

We had trouble with the gas stove & oven. No instructions to ensure we were doing it correctly was located in house, which was a little scary at first because its gas and kept ticking. The same was for the fireplace, which was also dirty. Eventually we figured everything out. The laundry room door got stuck when closed and we had to call to get garage door code. The fridge has a smell that we could not understand. Unfortunately two wine glasses broke very easily when trying to clean them. Other than this, the location and stay was great for our family and we LOVED the view. The neighbors down the street are good friends of ours, so we may consider again for our next year tradition if the price and conditions are right for our family.

Well appointed and modern

Well appointed home regarding seating in living room and cookware and utensils in kitchen. Short walk to beach but too far to practically walk to town. Very comfortable beds. V attractive neighborhood. They need to replace most of the pillows. Most are lumpy and pretty flat. Bring your own if you like your pillow.

It was “ interesting “. Liked the open concept living floor ..it worked well for the 5 of us . Living room furniture was sooo uncomfortable and we had one elderly person who couldn’t even get out of the strange orange chairs. Had an ant infestation in the kitchen.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This spot was perfect for our family’s beach getaway. My in-laws were in town from the East coast and we were traveling with our toddler. The house was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. I loved the open floor plan for our little one to run around, the house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We were blown away by the ocean and Mountain View’s seen from the big picture windows on the top floor. The photos online did not do it justice! We had no idea we’d be watching the waves roll in while we watched the sun set over the Pacific. The house was quiet, tucked back on a side street just blocks from beach access. Manzanita is a two minute drive or a short walk along the ocean front avenue. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our party of five to stretch out and relax. We got lucky with the weather in late September and my father-in-law took a nap in the sun on the top deck chaise. From booking to checking out, every step of the process was easy and stress-free. You can tell the home owners take great care in this property and we felt very lucky to spend our vacation here. We will definitely be booking this house on our next beach getaway!

Spacious, modern house with great view

Lovely neighborhood, gorgeous ocean views, quick walk to the beach, and to town. While we enjoyed the large, newer house, there were some drawbacks: it got VERY hot in the late afternoon due to no blinds on the two picture windows, allowing for the sun to bake into the home. Also would recommend some added tables or another luggage rack in the bedrooms: how do two people manage their suitcases when there’s only one location to put bags? The dishwasher was very hard to open and when we closed it, the left bottom panel would fall off onto the floor. Even though we had a few trying moments with the cleaning staff (they locked the front door handle making the code not work to let us in, the garbage bags were so thin, they broke every time we had more than a few things in them in the kitchen, no extra TP, couldn’t find the paper towels, etc), we enjoyed our trip and would recommend this house after a few fixes.

Modern and Clean, Close to Beach and Town!

This home and it’s location in a very nice neighborhood close to the beach (very walkable) exceeded my expectations. The home was SO clean and very comfortable. It’s the perfect fit for two families or two couples allowing for privacy on each floor. The views and deck were incredible. The wood floors were warm and soft on our feet. Cozy beds and furnishings (love the retro swivel chairs). Floor to ceiling windows made the home bright and gave great views of surroundings and ocean. We ate dinner at Neahkahnie Bitsro and it was quite delectable with some delicious seafood and non seafood options. Yolk is a must for breakfast / brunch / lunch. Left Coast Siesta for lunch was quick, easy, and delicious as well. Sand dune pub or lighthouse pub for bar food and to watch the game. Couldn’t recommend this home more! A must stay, we will be back.

Modern Scandinavian Style New Build with an Excellent Design and Ocean Views

As you walk into this modern new build home, you are welcomed by an open floor plan with beautiful wood floors. The home is bright with floor to ceiling windows in the main living area letting in lots of natural light. Ocean views from the living room and two bedrooms. The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are high quality. The upper deck is sheltered from the wind and is very pleasant, making it so nice for sunbathing or just sitting outside enjoying a beverage and / or book. The bottom floor has another bedroom and bath, as well as pull out couch making it perfect for a full family. The bottom deck opens up through a glass sliding door to a lawn, pond, bbq, and wood burning fire pit. The home is a very short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet. We hiked Neahkahnie mountain (definitely recommend) and enjoyed the wine bar in manzanita, as well as a few other restaurants. Also fun to get fresh oysters, fresh crab, and an IPA at Kelly’s Marina in Nehalem. Would definitely stay in this very clean, and well designed home again!

A Beautiful and Warm House

Walking in the door on the ground floor and into the open floor plan was an invitation to the second floor which was stunning. The warm wood floors, the open space, the incredible windows, which was like being in a treehouse, the elegantly simple, but comfortable furniture created a relaxing, yet cozy feeling. A gorgeous space. We lacked for nothing. All the beds were extremely comfortable with great bedding. The kitchen area was lovely and easy to cook in. Again, windows everywhere. We ate all our meals in-it was nice to sit comfortably and as long as we liked for our meals. Everything you needed for a beach vacation was there. And the house was impeccably clean. We look forward to sharing this space with our family, again! Rosie and family

Modern open living in great neighborhood

This modern layout has an open concept both up and downstairs. Suitable for 2 couples, or adults, and teens or young adults. The staircase is open, so would exercise caution with young children. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed with plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. Personally I am not a fan of the multitude pocket doors and find them to be unnecessary in such a roomy property. But certainly not a major distraction. The neighborhood is comfortable and within easy walking to the beach. There is a peek a boo view of the beach from the upper deck and living room, and the sound of the surf can be heard with the doors open. There is plenty of room outside for folks to meander by the fire pit and lovely gardens. Location is unbeatable.
