Regal Palms Resort requires that guests pay an amenity fee of $20.00 (plus 12% tax) per group, per day. For all bookings made before May 1st 2025 this fee is payable upon arrival directly to the resort. For all bookings made after May 1st 2025 this fee is included in the nightly rate paid to VRBO. The fee covers access to the resort amenities including the pool, hot tub, waterslide, lazy river, etc.

Your spectacular vacation home is nestled approximately 9 miles from the sprawling Walt Disney World Resort. Depending on traffic and which park you are visiting, the drive can take anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes. Universal Resort is a 30 to 50 min. drive. Delightful shopping experiences await at one of Orlando's many shopping malls also located within a short drive. Idyllically located 45 min from Orlando International Airport and 75 min from Tampa International Airport.

The host was informative and check in / check out was easy. We were told that we would be responsible for any necessities if we ran out, but weren't prepared for there to be three incomplete rolls of toilet paper and empty receptacles of body wash and shampoo for seven guests. It was also advised to use the black towels for makeup removal and there were none. Otherwise, it was safe and comfortable and conveniently located to parks. We didn't use the amenities in the clubhouse. Overall, it was a good stay! I'd recommend and I'd stay again - I'd just make sure I brought my own toilet paper and toiletries.

Perfect Week

This was the perfect stay. We stayed for 7 nights for my son’s 5th Birthday. The resort was nice. The location of the home is right next to all the amenities. Each room and the home decor was awesome. We will definitely be returning.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so cute and themed our kids absolutely loved it! There was all the necessities to use for cooking so we didn’t have to go out every night! The host absolutely wonderful we had to evacuate from hurricane Helene and she was absolutely wonderful!

Great Property with lots of amenities

Really cute property. We loved how detailed they were at decorating each room in a specific theme. My kids loved doing the scavenger hunt around the house. All thw rooms were very spacious. The house was very centrally located with everything nearby.I would definitely stay there again.

Great property

The property is in a nice resort community. It was very well decorated and had the essentials provided. The unit was clean and family friendly. The drive to magic kingdom was about 45 mins in the morning. There were grocery stores food establishments and parks very close. I highly recommend staying here! :-)

Wonderful time at The Mouse House

We loved our stay at the Mouse House. The two story condo was big enough to give us all our own space with the four bedrooms while providing a great living and dining area for us all to come together. The unit was marvelously decorated with multiple Disney themes and super CLEAN. The proximity (20-25 mins) to the Disney Parks was an easy ride and the local community offered all the dining and grocery options we needed for our 5 days. The resort also had plenty to do for those days we were in-between Parks. Thank you Mouse House!

Very nice for the price

We had a wonderful stay at the mouse house hideaway. The condo was (almost) exactly as described. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and well taken care of. The location is about 600 ft from the pool (as the crow flies) but a bit more of an actual walk. The walk to the pool was acceptable for adults, but still too far for our elderly family member. Communication was great and we were all very happy with the resort amenities and the bar tender David. Lots of fun stuff to do. I would definitely recommend this property and resort, just to prepared to make a small walk to the pool area.

Best time

We stayed at Laura’s house for 6 days in June. There was more than enough space for my family of 7. Everything looked the same as the pictures. It was very clean and all the information about the house was well organized and easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need for full meal prep. Laura’s response time was excellent for any questions I had. The resort is great. We would def comeback and stay at Laura’s house (if she would have us).

Clean and fun

Has Disney theme throughout. Clean. Has potential to sleep 10 with a double sofa bed. Would have liked cleaning supplies for bathroom cleaning bathrooms. Cutlery bendable.Had all the pots, pans, knives, etc we needed. Great coffee maker. Loved filtered waster and ice maker because local water smells and tastes bad.This was a great option. Had a couple of small issued when we got there that were immediately taken care of by caretaker.We definitely would go back but decided to look for a larger unit.

Nice property with minor issues

Overall, we had a relatively ok stay at the Mouse House Hideaway. When we first arrived, there was an ant problem in the kitchen that was rather unsettling, and there were ant traps in only that one corner, indicating that they were aware of the problem. We notified the owner, and they sent pest control the following day but offered no other reimbursement or guest recovery and rather just told us to store all of our food in the cupboards to avoid the ants.Additionally, the pullout couch was broken which messed up our bedding plans. The host was responsive and apologized, and offered to send a camping cot as a replacement, which arrived and was uncomfortable and smaller than a twin sized bed whereas the couch was queen sized. They still offered no reimbursement for this inconvenience. Some other notes: They include pictures of the toy story room with both the bunk beds and the two twin beds, but it currently had the bunk beds. This is midly deceiving. Additionally, make sure to read the fine print about the 20/night resort fee that you have to pay upon check in. We did appreciate that they had a closet with a stroller (although it did have a broken strap), high chair, pool floaties and noodles, and other items to use.The resort itself is great, we love staying at Regal Palms. The resort pool and amentities, grill, and gym are fantastic, and the location is great and central for Disney, Univeral, and Sea World Trips. Resort 10/10, Unit 6.5/10

Wonderful vacation rental!!!

We had an outstanding vacation, with much credit due to this wonderful little townhouse! The accuracy of the listing in pictures does not do it justice because it included so many other design details in the decor that we were so excited to enjoy throughout our week long stay. The cleanliness of the home and helpful/friendly resort staff and communication of the owner were great too. We would highly recommend this rental to any family staying in the Orlando area!

We are a family of 6 that loves to travel and Disney! We have traveled the country from Florida to Alaska in our RV and we love to see new places. Florida is one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the sunshine!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased a home in Florida because we love the warm winters and we love being close to Disney World. Having visited Disney World over a dozen times in the last 5 years we wanted a place that is close to Disney but also has a resort feel.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Regal Palms Resort is a great place to unwind after a day at the parks or just to relax and soak in some sun. Our kids LOVE the lazy river and waterslide and could float around for hours. We enjoy the hot tub.
