Located 660 feet from the ocean, this family-friendly home promises an unforgettable beachside experience. Spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand, then return home to play fun yard games in the enclosed backyard.

Spread out between two living rooms in the spacious interior. Unwind and watch TV in the main living room, or peruse a collection of board games and gather around the coffee table in the second living room for a family game night. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances and a four-seat table. Share special meals in the dining room with a large table set for six. Highlights include a desk in the primary suite (perfect for remote work), a washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.

Quick trip to Mayo Clinic

Came in town for a couple days of appointments and checkin process was smooth, house was in a great location for Mayo, the beach, and anything we needed to pick up. Enjoyed the quiet, peaceful area and will definitely look to stay here again if we have to come back to Mayo.

Great stay

This house was just as advertised. Very clean, spacious and amazing location and neighborhood. If you want to hang out outside in the backyard you have to bring your own chairs, as there are non provided. This was the only thing that could use a little tweaking. But other than that it was perfect. We will be back.

The house fit us perfectly. Our family came in to town for a wedding and needed that extra space. The yard was great and proximity to the beach was awesome! Great house, great neighborhood

This one story house is a very short walk from the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. The house is perfect and comfortable for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

Jax beach stay ga/fla game

House was clean and roomy. TV’s were not particularly user friendly. Neighborhood was really nice, nice neighbors. Great location to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again

Great location, great house

My husband and I, our son, and grandson (age 9) had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of table room to set up puzzles, play board games and still have room for the four of us to sit down for meals. We liked having the side yard to play catch with the football and the back yard to kick the soccer ball around. We walked to the beach which was a short distance away. I enjoyed running from the house down the local, non-busy streets. The scenery was great and it is a very safe place for a woman to run alone in the morning. The house is close to shopping and restaurants.

Short but sweet

We stayed here the day after Hurricane Milton hit FL. The home wasn’t damaged. I wish the weather was better but the beach access was great. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to come back and stay longer!

Excellent weekend at Jax Beach

We stated here for a weekend visiting family who live nearby. We had 3 young boys with us (all under 3 years old), so the high chair and toys were a huge blessing! The outdoor shed is nicely stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Only a 2-block walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Location is everything

Being so close to the beach on a corner lot with a quiet neighborhood was wonderful. The house layout was great for quiet sleeping while tv and eating area removed . Plenty of memories made with family.

Great Gator Bowl Weekend

Wish we could have stayed at the clean, well-appointed, and comfortable Coram’s Corner! Love the close proximity to the ocean. Thank you for a great spot for two families to meet in the middle & attend the game together, in between walks on the beach, of course!

I absolutely loved the house!

I loved the large rooms. It didn't feel as if I was in someone else's home. I felt like it was our home and we will never stay in another hotel for an extended time. It was so clean and neat. We had everything in the house that was needed.

Heaven on the Beach

Looking for a little bit of paradise far from the madding crowd? Peace and quiet two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful, spacious home with a huge open family room that easily accomodated our family. Located in South Jax Beach, away from the huge crowds and noise further to the north in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Five minute walk to a pristine, sparsely populated beautiful beach. Particularly beautiful at sunrise and at night. Most highly recommended for that stress free, decompressed vacation you have been dreaming of.

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for me and my family. 4 adults and 2 kids (both under 5). I loved that this home was kid friendly with blocks, puzzles (although a couple of pieces were missing), books, toys and a high chair. The location was great. It was straight shot about 2 blocks from the beach. There was a water hose outside to rise off before entering the house, although we were having issues with the water pressure from the hose but not in the house. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds with the tumbler.

Girls Beach Trip

The property was great! We loved the quint feel of the place and the hall bath was a kick into nostalgia. Love how the owners left the 70's tile! Everything was perfect, and we had everything we needed. The only issue was the two back bedrooms were very stuffy. We had to lower the temp to 70 to cool off these rooms, and then the rest of the house was a little chilly. Ceiling fans did help, but i think there is an air flow problem. Other than the stuffiness of the two back bedrooms, everything was great! We will definitely consider staying here again when Jacksonville Beach comes back on the calendar! Thank you!

Awesome Place To Vacay

We did a couple retreat. The place was very comfortable. Very clean and everything to make it a home away from home . Plus extras for the beach. Check out was simple. Only issue was that the dryer took 3 or more cycles to dry. We will rent again.

Snowbird Escape at Corams Corner gets a thumbs up

Cleanliness was excellent. Communication was excellent. Home was beautiful with lots of windows and natural lighting. Everything was beautifully decorated and designed. Kitchen well stocked, although it needs a few repairs. No big deal we worked around them. Beds are comfy - no complaints from anyone. Plenty of pillows. Lots of room for a family to spread out for a little me-time, or come together around the table for a game of cards or a nice meal. And of course the proximity to the beach is excellent - only about two blocks. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet. Just families doing their thing. Not much traffic at all. We walked down the center of the street every time we went to the beach. Will likely return for a wedding in a year or so.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!

Do NOT book this particular property or any other property managed by this company! They're rude, inconsiderate, and down right horrible! Due to Hurricane Debby and the state of emergency announcements for NC, SC, GA and FL we did not feel comfortable driving our young family through a hurricane and stay in a home near the ocean. Then, the night before our trip there were evaluations for Jacksonville. We tried to get a refund for the trip as the government is saying it is unsafe and we are not able to get to our stay. The company denied any help even though this is a natural disaster!! We are still fighting for our refund, credit anything from this trip! Save yourself the trouble. Stay away!!!!!
