Inside, breakfast prep is easy in your well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the adjacent table, and then head out to explore, or just head to your complex’s shared pool and spend the day working on your tan.

Back home, grab a seat on one of the colorful couches and stream your favorite shows on the TV. Other entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, along with a DVD player. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. If you’re looking for more together time, grab one of the board games on hand. Drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
