No beach view

This is not a beachfront nor beach view condo. It is beachfront adjacent at best. The balcony furniture is in need of serious help.

Great relaxing trip

Our family of 5 found this place perfect - loved that you have direct beach access via a boardwalk & the indoor pool was great when weather was bad. Very clean & beds as listed. We used the pull out which was clutch.

Pools were nice.

Place needs updated and TLC . Needs a good cleaning and new carpet and curtains. Had cockroaches. Sheets were dirty. Very disappointed. Not as nice as presented in ads

mediocre at best

Please just read other reviews. This property is terribly outdated and worn. No ceiling fans in bedrooms. They are very dark. Carpet is stained. Mattress is stained. Closet doors rusted out and broken. Patio furniture unusable due to rust. Medicine cabinet in bathroom pulling loose from the wall. King size headboard with full size mattress with zero support. One of the tvs in the bedroom is not connected. I also stepped on a clipped toenail this morning…… shall I go on?

Not sure what is behind this rusted out broken mirrored door(?)

Musty and damp

As soon as I opened the door I had regrets on choosing the cheapest place available. It smelled so musty and damp. After being there, it was only worse because then our things felt damp. Almost like we were camping. The furniture, literally everything just felt damp. A dehumidifier would go a long way in helping. It’s in dire need of updates. No overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms, only one bedside lamp to be able to see at night. The bedroom that faces the hall desperately needs curtains. It only blinds that you can not only see through/ people see you, but there is a light out there that seemed like the sun shining SO BRIGHT into that bedroom. I created a makeshift covering in order to be able to sleep. There were many other annoyances, including ants, and the towel bar constantly falling off if you touched it. The plantation is an absolutely lovely place to stay, I would just choose a different unit to stay in. I was frustrated at my self for not recognizing that a dated place would be damp and musty smelling.

Great for families

Nice condo close to the pools and beaches. Better for families with kids, but the 21+ swimming pool was nice. Sassy Bass restaurant right next door has excellent food and waitstaff. Condo was well equipped and comfortable.

We had great accommodations, and the maintenance and management company were very responsive to any of our questions. It was great that we were able to get into our condo at 4:30 a.m. when we arrived.
