🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom

🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom

❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🆔 It is required to wear AMENITY WRIST BANDS while using all Amenities at Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club.

🚗 Parking passes are purchased in advance through a link we provide in your check-in instructions.
🔹 Snowbird parking pass price is determined by the association. Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
🔹 Parking is first-come-first-serve and you may park in any open/unrestricted space.🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

👣 Walking:
The resort is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with most amenities and condo buildings within comfortable walking distance.
If you enjoy a stroll, you can easily reach the beach, pools, fitness center, and other facilities on foot.

🚲 Biking:
Biking is a great way to explore the local area. There are several bike paths in Orange Beach, and you can also rent bikes from a local shop.

If you're planning on doing any exploring outside of Orange Beach, you'll need to rent or bring your car. There are several car rental companies located in Orange Beach.

🔹 Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
