Beautiful apartment on Main Street. Close to all the restaurants and action but quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we could have asked for. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We had such a great stay at Bailey’s place. It is very comfortable, super clean, and an amazing location. They had so many nice touches and high end fixtures- it really felt like a luxury to stay here. Will definitely be staying here again my next time in Durango!

This property was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. River across the street for walking and Main Street behind us for shopping. Communication with manager also awesome. We will be back!

Very well-appointed property. Clean and close to popular eating venues. I would definitely recommend for in season or off season stay. We were in the off season but drove to resort to see snow, and it wasn’t a long drive at all.

Awesome location, walkable to everything. Secure underground parking didn’t have to move the car all weekend. Great loft with high end appliances, clean and comfortable. Great Host!

Perfect Location!

This condo is in the perfect spot! We were able to walk everywhere… to get morning coffee & breakfast, shopping, dinner, and even the train station for our ride! There is a nice park on the corner across Main Ave that your dog will LOVE. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We will DEFINITELY book this one again next time we’re in Durango.

Great Place / Excellent Location

Perfectly situated in historic downtown, walkable to everything. Property had everything we needed for a long weekend. Was not obvious to us in the listing so we were surprised to find the place had an outdoor terrace with great views - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Bailey, the host checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend.

Great place, but...

We loved the condo but ... the communication with the owner(s) on arrival could be much better. Not their fault, but the elevator was out all week. This is fine as a day to day thing, but schlepping all our stuff up four flights of stairs on arrival and upon departure was not only a pain but dangerous. If you plan on sleeping in forget it as the trains (three per day) start blowing promptly at 8. Every day. The condo is very very nice. It's well equipped and high tech. We would stay here again, but double check on that elevator.
