This is a great one bedroom condo in downtown. The location is also great. It is just steps to Main Avenue where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has high end appliances. Bailey was great to work with. She always responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. She has a great list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We would stay here again the next time in Durango.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, bed was super comfy, if you're a bath taking person, you'll be in heaven, rain shower head excellent after a long hike. The condo is in an ideal location, was very quiet, loved the private parking. Great italian restaurant in the building. Also, loved that you're so close to downtown, more great restaurants and shopping. And, everyone/everywhere very dog friendly. Many opportunities for hiking, awesome dog park, beautiful neighborhoods. Added bonus, every day you get to watch the steam engine tourist train chug by. We had fun waving to the passengers from the outdoor patio. Bailey is a special host, most accomidating.

We had such a great stay at Bailey’s place. It is very comfortable, super clean, and an amazing location. They had so many nice touches and high end fixtures- it really felt like a luxury to stay here. Will definitely be staying here again my next time in Durango!

This property is in a great location and walking distance to everything. The condo was spotless and just as described. Not only convenient with a great view but also has more amenities than any place we have stayed before. Great host and great stay. We plan on coming back in the summer or Fall.

Very well-appointed property. Clean and close to popular eating venues. I would definitely recommend for in season or off season stay. We were in the off season but drove to resort to see snow, and it wasn’t a long drive at all.
