Our 2 BR, 2.5 bath 1,400 sq ft town home offers high-end modern finishes in a location unparalleled in Durango for its walkability and proximity to the river trail, historic downtown, and the Animas River. The residence was designed with an open great room, generous outdoor living space and exceptional river front views. This property has central AC for those hot summer days.
2 assigned spaces (9' X 28')- max 2 vehicles and the garage height is 7' 8â so ensure your vehicle will fit as there is no other onsite parking.
This is our new favorite place to stay when we come to Durango. Great location - close to town but without the noise/crowds and right on the Durango-Silverton railway. It only runs a few times a day but itâs so fun to watch it ramble by. The accommodations are wonderful - it was great having the fire place for the first couple of days there were rainy & chilly. And the rooftop deck was just perfect for our last few warm, sunny days. Weâll definitely book this townhome again.
Place was perfect, clean and well put together. Kids had plenty to do, including waving to the Durango-Silverton passenger trains. Bonus of seeing the Northern lights from the rooftop balcony at night.
The property is just as advertised, great spot near river path, walkable to Main Street restaurants. Beds were very comfortable after a long day of biking, nice spaces in and out, especially enjoyed rooftop deck for sunsets. Quiet except for train, which was actually a bonus feature. Would definitely stay again

This townhome was perfect for our getaway to Durango! Clean, beautiful furnishings, and so convenient to everything Durango has to offer. Viewing shooting stars from the rooftop patio was amazing! The river trail is just around the corner from the property and can take you in either direction for beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
The 15th Street townhouses are perfect for our visits to Durango. Our whole family loves trains and this location is front row for the Silverton/Durango line. The unit is secure, clean and well appointed. Property manager was great to work with.
This property could not have been more perfect. The layout is so nice. We enjoyed grilling out and dining out on the back terrace. We enjoyed cocktails and apps on the rooftop at sunset. Just such lovely simple decor. They provided 2 parking spots in a very nice small garage. Cant say enough about this place and Andre, our accommodating host. Canât wait to come back.
Iâll start with the only negative: parking is tight for a large vehicle, and the shrub at the parking garage needs trimming badly. Otherwise, inside and out this place rocks. Clean, comfortable, and great location. I didnât have time to fish but there is good access to the Animas River out the back door along a public trail. Local brewery with very good beer five minutes away. Modern highly functional kitchen. Awesome views of the mountains from two well furnished decks. Not cheap, but well worth it.
It was a great place for two couples. The deck was so fun when the Durango-Silverton train went by. The upper deck was very nice but, it rained and we didnât get to stargaze. Crud! Although, there is no view of the river, it is close and the fishing was good.
The kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals and arriving to a clean refrigerator without left over condiments was fantastic!
It was clean, has comfortable beds, was as described and the property contact was very helpful. If you are going to Durango area, it is a must stay location.
