The Vrbo home is privately fenced with its own security entry gate to front door and private patio area that only airbnb guest have access to. There is a detached structure approximately 20-30 feet in the rear of the airbnb home where tenants occupy. Tenants are quiet and respectful.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Outdoor patio lights are on a timer. They turn on at 7:00pm and turn off at 10:00pm.
Please keep children away from fire pit, outdoor heater, and BBQ pit.
