Ready to have some fun and relax? Then you’ve found the perfect vacation rental in Living the Dream! This condo sits in the highly sought-after Desert Color Resort community and will give you full access to all the incredible amenities they offer. This unit is family-friendly with lots of room to spread out over its 3 floors and rooftop deck. The teenagers may love playing on the Nintendo Switch, air hockey table, or the PacMan arcade game while the adults enjoy evenings stargazing off your private deck next to the fire table. A stroller is offered at this unit when you are ready to walk over to the incredible Shores Resort pool and Lagoon!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.
