The inside of the condo is the not to be reflected in the above rating. The property at large has not been maintained to hold or increase the value of the condo owners. The is a distinct moldy smell in the hallway from water damage and the carpet is dirty. We were wakened at 5:00am one morning by people in the hallway rattling something and speaking very loudly. There was new damage to the button for the elevator when we went to use it to go to the first floor. The exterior of the property was not cared for. The water fountains were dry. Landscaping was not kept up and many bare spots or weeds were noted throughout the courtyard. Many stores were empty or for sale.

Pleasant getaway

Traveled to attend the wedding of great friends. We ended up spending more than half our time of stay at European Village enjoying the multiple restaurants and entertainment. The accommodations were as advertised and more. Everything was clean and functional. Ample lighting and really cool architecture. Very impressive use of space. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone!

Great mini vacation!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I for a 4 night stay. A longer stay would have been fine too. Plenty of room for 2, great amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lots of kitchen appliances and utensils). Unit overlooks the courtyard which had live music 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. Unit is secure, would feel safe staying if I was alone. Instructions sent on how to get key fob and codes needed were very good. One small issue (our error on the Wi-Fi password) but a text was returned within 10 minutes. Several restaurants and stores on site and many more choices nearby (drivable). Would stay again.

Palm Coast get away

We love staying at the European Villages. This is our second time staying here. Aruna is an awesome host. The check in and check out instructions were clear and concise. We loved staying there and we will be back again.

Quick Weekend Stay

Great location, quaint and cute.

We love the European Village. We were in town for a friend's wedding, this place was conveniently located to the venue. Friday night entertainment in the sqaure was a p9t of fun to sit on ghe balcony and listen. Shop owners are welcoming. We didnt get to check out the farmers marketon sunday. Will definitely be back.

Hidden Getaway

The European Village is the perfect hidden gem. When we arrived on Sunday, local vendors were set up everywhere creating an outdoor market in the village. After the market wrapped up, we saw maybe 4 individuals for our whole stay. Secluded, private, romantic, and quiet. The room is perfect for a couple. Comfy and clean. Has everything you need. This balcony perfectly overlooks the village, and is perfect for 2 guests.

Cute, conveniently located

This was perfect for my trip to see my daughter. The location is very convenient and several restaurants are right on site. The underground parking spot was a big plus.

Amazing stay

My son just moved to Palm Coast and an hour from us. We discovered this gem European Village because my husband smokes cigars, and we loved Ash and Ale located in village. Decided to get a Vrbo for my sons birthday weekend to enjoy dinner and cigars without driving. The place was immaculate and exactly what we expected from pictures. Perfect location and host very informative with easy directions on check in. We didn’t plan to cook but there are accessories to cook and make lunch. Perfect size for us and enjoyed the balcony. We will be staying again. Also loved the beach location and going to lunch on the beach at restaurants. The village has some great restaurants with live music Friday and Saturdays. Met several owners and tremendous enjoyed our stay.

Would come back again and again

My husband and I spent our 5 year anniversary here. Everything was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. We loved being able to get ready for dinner and then just going downstairs to enjoy the night life. After we would come back up to finish the night watching from the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ideal location for working during the day and plenty of nightlife and restaurants in the village Short trip into Palm Coast and easy drive to St Augustine Would definitely book this property again
