Bring your Friends & Family to enjoy this modern and spacious home. Thereâs plenty of room for indoor & outdoor entertainment and fun. Enjoy the stunning Mountain Views & Sunsets from the walkout deck and patio. Open living room and kitchen is sure to delight everyone including smart home features and lots moreâŠ
The space
The main level has the dining room and living room opening to the kitchen for entertainment. Built in 75" TV above the fireplace and ceiling speakers to watch sports, movies or just listen to music. The kitchen island has 5 stools for guests to gather in the kitchen without losing TV entertainment. Washer and dryer are also located on the main level. Walk out to the covered patio and enjoy the views and the running water stream aka "Rio Chico" for relaxation. Basketball court for the kids and adults. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Inground firepit with natural stones as the seating area just bring the wood or use what is left behind. Sorry, but the pool is not available and off-limits. Bedrooms are located upstairs; the Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with a tub and heated tile floors. The shared bathroom has heated tiled floors as well. The 2nd bedroom has a daybed with trundled and access to the walkout deck, enjoy the mountain views. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share pocket wall doors to divide the space where the bunk beds are located, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and is in the basement along with a bathroom and shower. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we did.
