Cute little beach 3rd floor condo located in Indialantic Florida. Straight down A1A and just a short drive a way to the famous Cocoa beach and the Port of Canaveral. Sit and relax on your cute balcony overlooking the pond at Beach club. Enjoy the pool and the Florida lifestyle. Laundry is located at the community clubhouse for your convenience and small charge. Close to Highway 95 and 528 to get to your favorite places like Disney world or Universal studios Orlando. If you like Dining you should definitely drive down to Cocoa Beach and try Florida Seafood, definitely the best ever! You will find great shopping beach side and lots of activities around as well. Famous Ron Jon's is a must see! Grocery shopping is convenient as well just 1 block across from the condo you will find Publix ! Best Grocery experience. If you are going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral then the convenience of driving North down A1A is 2 blocks a way and straight shot to the cruise terminal. I appreciate you planning your stay at my little beach condo and it is little just under 600 SF but so so shabby chic and just beachy. Please leave your comments in my guest book as I bought this little place to share with you.... We even have a vacuum in the kitchen closet behind the door and the charger is on the shelf if you need it for your sand :) I price my condo accordingly and it's a very very good price for what it is compared to others in the same community and I give discounts for returning guest as they at that point have experienced the value of my place.. You won't be disappointed. PS...NO PETS ALLOWED..NO SMOKING ALLOWED AND NO CHILDREN ALLOWED...We focus on a HEALTHY, CLEAN AND SAFE environment for everyone ...We ask everyone to acknowledge our rules and accept them. We want to let you know that you are important to us and communication is very important to us. If we feel it's not a good fit for us at, some point we may ask for cancelation. It's not common but it's very important that we are on the same page and providing a safe environment and stay for all of us. Have a wonderful time and thankyou for wanting to book this cute little place 💕 You will love it and I will provide the best service that I can 😀

Even when inside I ask that you lock the deadbolt and not just the bottom lock because it triggers my phone like a alarm to remind me about the door .
Key fob must be put back after done. Door should be pulled and locked when gone. Ac should be set at 77 when leaving and keep on auto please
I ask all guess to respect my property as they would there own and to turn off lights and ceiling fans when leaving and laundry in basket.

Great vacation stop

The condo was clean and decorated very nice. One of the best things we like was the view of the pond and the balcony was a great place to have a drink and snacks.

Another great stay at Tambra's place! The nature view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. I usually come to town to visit family, and this has become my go-to place — this was my third time staying here. The space is clean and inviting.The location is perfect for just about anything you want to do, or even if you prefer stay in and relax. Either way, I always have a great time.Would highly recommend!

Very Attentive Host

We stayed 4 nights. Very cute condo and Tambra had everything that we needed and contacted us after the first night to make sure everything was as we expected--it was! A very enjoyable stay and great host.

Great

Tambra is an absolutely great host, such quick response to any concerns. My second time staying, she remembered i was a tea drinker and had a new tea pot waiting for me:) the space is private well equipped, beautiful clean and comfortable. Also in a great location close to everything.

Incredible Indialantic Getaway

Loved, loved, LOVED our stay at this welcoming, cozy condo. Tambra is the best host ever, checking in on us to make sure everything was fine. From our third floor balcony we could watch the turtles, ducks, pelican and egret in the pond. So peaceful. And it's so close to the beaches, shops and restaurant. We can't wait to return!

Short stay in paradise

This condo is amazing with a lot of little surprises. Comfort location and view is how I sum up my stay, due to Tambra’s attention to detail. She is available for anything you need and and even accommodated me with early check in when I arrived. Love love love.

Christmas vacation

Everything about this condo was as described and perfect! Tambra is a very gracious host and was flexible with our plans when we were unable to arrive on date as planned due to Christmas blizzard. Condo is Immaculate, quiet and has new appliances and comfy furniture. Perfect location with easy access to beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

This was our first trip to the Melbourne area and the accommodations and location exceeded expectations. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Communication with our host Tambra was excellent. The beach is within walking distance and so many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful unit. We will be back!

This condo was beautiful! Very clean and inviting. There is a pool that was great, too. Everything, food store, Dunkin, Walmart, restaurants, is close and the beach within walking distance. We loved the condo and the complex. It is secure and safe. The owner was so kind and helpful, too. A great vacation!!!

Great little beach condo

I stayed for four nights at Tambra’s condo and couldn’t have had a better experience. The listing doesn’t give the condo justice. The decor is super cute, the pond and the ducks are a great feature, and the property is well maintained. Already planning to rebook. Thanks again Tambra!

Beautiful Oasis

This is the cutest beachy atmosphere. Tambra has decorated with great detail. She is very detailed in making sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Quality linens and towels. A very quiet relaxing condo 1/2 mile to the beach. Great communication. A very nice pond view, relaxing to watch the ducks and turtles swim in the pond. The pool was very clean and inviting. Friendly tenants. I highly recommend this adorable beach condo.

Nice Stay at a Beach Type Condo

Very close to decent beach areas. Inside of Condo is clean and well maintained. Safe but there are a lot of homeless near the beaches. Outside of condo is not as clean but this is probably a community vs owner issue. Most of the neighbors are very nice and considerate but there are a few that are problematic with noise and smoking. Overall, we had. Good stay.

As a host and owner of my condo, I take this very seriously and would want your stay to be like my own stay, sometimes other condos are rented out from other host and they like loud music, generally it's usually very quiet in this community. I have addressed this issue along with the outside of the building with the property management company and the HOA. I always want my guest to be happy in my condo and the community. I wish I could control if someone is smoking from another unit in the building, but i can't.. i personally do not allow smoking of any kind in my condo or even on my balcony ever, that's in my rule policy. Thankyou for bringing all this to my attention.. I appreciate you and being able to share my condo with you....💖

Quaint and Quiet

Tambra is the most gracious host and the condo reflects the care that she gives to her guests. Everything necessary with welcome accents and touches that made us not want to leave. Jazz and I frequently opted to just enjoy some evening time overlooking the pond and fountain teaming with birds. You simply must stay here. Tambra has invested a lot of herself into making guests comfortable and making this condo the place we will want to visit again. Our advice is to stay here and enjoy. Jazz and Jeff

Location Location Location

You will not be disappointed when you walk in to Tamara’s condo. Everything is brand new and decorated with a classic beach style and colors. But more importantly it is in the perfect location! Walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the all important Publix. Beautiful Fl. Beaches are a .5 mile walk or a 2 minute drive! More food and fun right across the bridge, too. Short drives to Cocoa Beach, the Space Center and even Orlando for a day trip. The condo grounds are beautifully kept and there is lots of wildlife to watch off the balcony while having morning coffee. The pool and spa are a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Thank you, Tamara, for keeping in contact with us throughout our stay and helping to make our stay a memorable one. We hope to be back soon! 💖🏖

I have fallen in love with this area and I find it to be convenient to the life style that I have lived. I took what I have learned and put it all together for the convenience of you.. I have loved to travel around the world on cruises and have been a cruise specialist for sometime but the best part of that has been making people's dream vacations come true. I feel since this property is 2 blocks from A1A that it's a perfect shot to drive down the coast to get to your favorite places like Cocoa beach and the Port of Canaveral for your cruise. This location is in the middle of it all and perfect. Just steps away from Indian Harbour beach is literally a must see. I feel very blessed to be able to share this with you and make your stay as if it was my own. I can also help you plan your cruise if you haven't done that already..

With Turkish style bath towels amd lavish hotel sheets, I have also left you a welcome gift with spa style Soaps, shampoos, conditioner and lotion to accommodate you for your stay , as if you were in a luxurious hotel... I didn't forget to leave you the pre pasted toothbrush as well. Thankyou for your stay! It means alot to me to be able share the world with you..
