The home features an open floor plan with a large Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Dinning Room and a South facing private Pool with Spa and over-sized Pool Deck. The covered Lanai has a table and chairs and no rear neighbors, perfect for sunset dining.

The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed and a large en-suite Bathroom. In addition the home has a second King size bedroom with the bathroom just outside so can easily be used as a second master, two Twin Bedrooms and a Hall Bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen Roku TV's. To help you relax after a long day at the parks cool off in the pool, watch a movie or play a game.
In the Games Room is a Ping Pong / Air Hockey Table and a Pool Table.

Traveling with small Children, we have you covered. The home has a Pack 'n' Play, High Chair and Stroller.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
