The house was huge! Held my huge family of 6 adults and 4 kids 1 baby. I was gonna give the clean rating a 5, but the pool had to be skimmed badly and I dont think the vacuum was workin. The house was spotless. Didn't use the hot tub cause it was already 110 in phoenix. But the mini golf, ping pong, basketball court, pickle ball court a long with the huge pool kept us all busy. Even when I had a company of family totaling 30 people for the day, still was enough room in the house and all the fun festivities to go around.

Truly appreciate the 5 star review and glad the huge estate could easily handle 30 guest. All for about the same nightly rate of a couple of comparable resort hotel rooms in this very expensive area and absolutely no privacy like we can offer. Please join again in any of the dozen high capacity estates we own in the area. Thanks again!! PS pool vacuum is on a timer and runs about 4 hours a day. All Outdoor pools require skimming every time you use them with the net we provide. Scottsdalestays

Plenty of space to house and entertain a large group! By and large, everything was in great shape and we enjoyed the variety of outdoor games! Only drawback was that the pool pump was in need of repair during our stay and was operating around 1/4 capacity per the pool mechanic, resulting in the heater working poorly and a colder-than-expected pool. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking to host a large group close to town in Scottsdale!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! There were plenty of things for us to do together, from swimming in the pool, playing ping pong or basketball, or having a family pickleball tournament. We also enjoyed snuggling on the comfy couches watching movies together. There was also plenty of space for being apart when needed, lol. The fact that it was pet friendly too was the icing on the cake!

So much fun!

We stayed at this house for a family thanksgiving gathering. The house was perfect. Walk in showers for the grandparents, plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking our meals and so much fun the backyard for all generations. The hosts were very responsive and check in/out was a breeze!

The backyard has everything you could dream of. We didn't really hangout inside to much just enjoyed the great backyard and good AZ weather. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to do the same! The house was able to accommodate our group comfortably.

Family Vacay!

The pool was fabulous! We enjoyed the pickle ball court and grass area. The beds were comfortable. House itself needs some love. Great floor plan and ample room. For the price paid it would have been nice to not have to go buy trash bags, toilet paper, Lysol wipes, foil etc. Wonderful location! We enjoyed our stay!

Friends weekend

Had a great three nights at this space, the outdoor area was the highlight and there were ample sleeping arrangements for a large group. There were just a few things missing like toilet paper and hand soap in some bathrooms but the host is extremely responsive and I’m sure would have brought some to the house, it was just easier for us to pick it up ourselves.

Max - Loved hosting your younger group in our 3 million dollar estate, but next time take the minute to read our detailed description. As we host ten thousand people year due to saving them about 80% on accommodation costs over booking individual rooms at a resort hotel (your group saved $10,000 for your weekend). For 20 years now we have listed we provide a starter supply of 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests are suppose to purchase more as needed. Please join us again at any of our various estates and enjoy our full time service staff like a hotel if you needed anything during your stay (for free). Scottsdalestays

Fun house for family meetup

We had 6 adults and 6 young children. It was nice having the outdoor activities take care of the kids while the parents could relax. Some things need some attention and the kitchen lacked some basic supplies and cooking tools (i.e. baking sheets), but we made do and had a wonderful time. I'd recommend the house to large family groups.

Great place for a golf trip!

Definitely spacious, owner/manager very accomodating! Plenty to do for a group of 8 guys with the backyard. About the only critique I'd have is to have more cooking utensils/pans and a bigger grill. The pool table is off balance and the sticks need some serious help. BUT, it wasn't enough to spoil our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
