“Once Upon A Tide” is a recently updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 950 sq. ft. townhouse that sleeps 6 comfortably and is surrounded by stunning ocean views. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your deck and balcony's. You are only yards away from white sandy beaches. Condo’s kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, microwave and a Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a regular coffee maker. Kitchen opens to the breakfast bar, living & dining room making it perfect for entertaining. Fully furnished & decorated in chic beachy style. The living room offers a large comfy sofa with coffee table (perfect for playing games/cards - several are on site for your pleasure including multiple board games, cards and connect 4 are available for your use. Additionally, there are three flat-screen TV’s smart tv’s with many applications such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video access should you have accounts with them. Should you choose to stay connected to the rest of the world; highspeed internet with WiFi is provided. Cell service is very good on the peninsula.
Upstairs you’ll find a very large open loft bedroom overlooking the living area with two new very comfortable queen sized beds that sleeps 4 people, large flat screen tv and high speed internet throughout unit, as well as a and a 3rd floor ocean view balcony. The unit also has all new bedding, pillows, towels and is equipped with ceiling fans in every room as well as central A/C. Second bedroom has a queen size bed for 2 and a flat screen tv. Main deck is equipped with 2 outdoor patio tables with multiple chairs and umbrellas to enjoy those beautiful Matagorda days or dinner at sunset on the patio with an ocean breeze. Ground floor offers a picnic table with charcoal grill (with brush, charcoal not provided) that can only be used at least 15 feet away from the property.
All you have to bring is food, beach towels & your favorite toys. Condos are right next to the club house and a large gated pool with cabanas, on site coin operated washer and dryer and an ice machine all located within a couple of minutes walking from the condo.
You and your guest’s safety and security is of the utmost importance to us! In addition to being a gated community, there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors located in the unit, a fire extinguisher and a fire escape ladder available in the third-floor closet for emergency exit from the unit should they ever be needed.
