Beachside 3 BD in the Heart of Mission Beach!

This 3 BD/3 BA home has everything you need for a perfect San Diego getaway! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. The home comes equipped with a completely renovated kitchen and brand new appliances, a large flatscreen smart TV, air conditioning, wifi throughout the home, one assigned parking spot in the garage, and more! We are located 3 houses away from beautiful Mission Beach and a 3 minute walk to Belmont Amusement park.

​​​​​​​This home has 3 stories. The first floor has a bedroom with a King bed and attached full bathroom. The second floor includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and washer/dryer. The third floor loft has a queen bed, a twin bed, 2 twin trundles and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create meals with your friends and family. We also provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use at the beach or bay!

Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor's peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents. Thank you for your understanding and helping us maintain a quiet environment for all.

Great location

Check in was easy and the house looked just like the pictures. The top floor bedroom had plenty of space for the kids to spread out and having a full bath on each floor was great. The location cannot be beat for access to the beach!

This was our second time staying here. Communication is great, property is clean, they have everything you need. A/C if you need it. Parking garage. 20 second walk to the beach. It’s perfect. Will stay a third time next year.

Perfect for our needs and great location for easy access to beach, restaurants and events associated with our trip. Condo was as advertised - clean, comfortable, nice amenities, fast internet, and quiet. Perfect for 5 or 6 adults, though. The 2 trundle beds in the loft would be great for kids with or without parents.

Excellent...would stay again!

Exactly as advertised...Spacious, comfortable, and excellent location...Close enough to mission bay park, and actually being just off "Strandway" which is the major pedestrian & bike path, no noise issues...very quiet. 3 very comfortable bedrooms... open air kitchen good dining area...For space & comfort, I think that a total of 6 adults, and 1 or 2 kids, would be the ideal maximum number. The garage is tight, but I was able to adequately park my 4 door Hyundai midsize sedan in there, and having a designated parking spot is essential in that area. Very pleased with overall accommodation, and would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect, close to everything!!! The house was clean and had space for everyone. It looked just like the pictures. The grocery store down the road, Ralph's, carries Kroger brand foods and was a short Lyft ride away. We had a minor issue on our last night of the stay and the property managers responded first thing the next morning.

Good location very close to the beach

We had a great time staying here. The beach is very close and convenient. Parking is very limited for the property, but this is common for the area. We ran into a neighbor as we arrived who informed us of nearby public parking that worked out great. The additional parking was a short walk from the unit near the Bahia hotel for Ventura Cove park. It was very very convenient and a nice walk. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean and the check in/out process was simple and quick. Everything you need for a family trip is onsite. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great location!!

This was a perfect location!! 2 minute walk to sand and food, shopping, Belmont park. We never had to drive anywhere once we arrived. Everything is right there. The house was spacious for our family of 7. Communication with host was easy and great. A few friendly suggestions would be to add covering to the living room balcony doors since neighbors can see straight in if they are sitting on their balcony. Also maybe add another sofa instead of the two arm chairs to make for more cozy comfortable space that will fit a larger party as some of us had to sit on stools to watch tv. Also, the house was clean but there were cob webs here and there and someone’s bra under a bed and we did have to kill a few spiders. So maybe a good overall cleaning to take care of that. But overall, it was great. We really enjoyed our time there.!!

Loved this place!

We have 4 children, ages ranging from 4-11 and the place had plenty of sleeping arrangements. Fully equipped kitchen. All new appliances and A/C. Never needed to contact the property manager, was no need. We made sure to keep the place clean for the next guests to enjoy. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Saw other reviews about noise and parties but didn’t experience that. Just the typical people in San Diego having a good time. We had an amazing time. Priced perfectly. Would recommend and stay again for sure. Thx!

Close to beach

Short walk to the beach. Bonus-Comes with 3 beach chairs. Comfortable beds and AC is a plus. House was clean except for carpets which were extremely soiled. Noisy neighborhood at night but we were there over the 4th of July. Kitchen table and chairs are falling apart. I notified the agency and they are going to look into that.

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for your feedback. Unfortunately the group that stayed before you did not respect the home, and left tons of stains on the carpets. We did have the carpet professionally cleaned and they look brand new now! Regarding the kitchen table and chairs, that was repaired right after you notified us. Spring Break Trip

Overall our vacation was good. However, the property was located in an area where every night loud yelling occurred in the middle of the night. Couples arguing, drunks passing by, etc. the shower in the 2nd level kept changing water temperature during showers. Parents need to be aware of this with small children. We were burned several times while taking shower with hot water. It would fluctuate from too cold or too hot. This was also the case in the 1st and 3rd level showers.

Not ready for Prime Time

This property has 3 bedrooms and beds for 8 people, but there is no way 8 people can stay here. There is seating for 4 adults and not very comfortable to watch a movie or read. All the windows on the main floor need to be replaced, the seals have broken and it is hard to see out the windows. The location is good and convenient, but the property itself needs work and better linens, towels, and the beds are okay but not great.

Kiddos had no complaints

When school schedule dictates when you can take vacations, we were lucky to have found this spot! 1min walk to Mission Beach, 3min if you walk around the break wall. We did that walk about a dozen times. Even a flash flood didn't stop us from enjoying the beach before and after naps. This was the main plan for the trip - to get as much beach time as possible for the kids. I read some reviews that had noise issues - there were some neighbors who partied [expected it being spring break], and you hear some screams from the rollercoaster. But we didn't notice unless you really had nothing (we sleep with white noise) - the kids snored louder than the rollercoaster. There's 3 floors - good sized stairwell. 1st fl is garage & bedroom w/ full bath. 2nd fl is kitchen, dining, living, laundry, 2nd bedroom w/ full bath. Top is loft w/ 2 trundle beds, closet and full bath. A TV on each floor (though we only used the one on 2nd floor) - byo HDMI cable if you need to hook up. The kitchen had all the essentials. Had I thought to pack my work gear, would have extended our stay for longer and just worked remote.

Great Location...Perfect Beach setting!

Excellent location just off the Strandway in Mission Beach. Comfortable 3 bedroom & 3 baths with a nice, roomy living area and kitchen. Enclosed garage for 1 mid size car maximum, but having a parking space in the area is essential. Will definitely go back...Also, really good strong wifi signal on the 2 upper floors!

This was a great place for me and my family. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to Belmont Park. The property management team was very friendly and responsive. This deserves its five star rating.

Amazing location!

My family loved staying here and the accommodations were great. We all slept comfortably and loved how close we were to the beach. The short walk to Mission Beach can’t be beat!

Wonderful location!

Easy to locate and getting in was seamless. Spent 3 days with my husband and toddler son and we had a fantastic time! The location is perfect, a 2-3 minute walk down the alley way to mission beach and all it has to offer. Belmont part was again a 2-3 minute walk, Starbucks was right down the street, and so many other neat little shops. We used uber eats to have groceries and dinners delivered and they had no issue finding the location. The garage is small, but we had no issue backing our minivan into the spot with enough room to get my son out. There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some beach toys in the garage which was nice! The air conditioning was great, we went during the heat wave and were very comfortable when we were inside. Plenty of towels, as well as beach towels, were provided and the kitchen was well equipped! All TVs were smart TVs so we were able to watch Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, peacock, etc! Chloe was fantastic, checking in numerous times making sure all was well! Definitely recommend this rental!
