This house has it all and is located in the heart of Historic Port Aransas. Whether you're driving to the beach in a golf cart or visiting the local shops, the location keeps you within reach of everything Port A has to offer. The spacious driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles easily with plenty of space for boats and watercraft. Walking up the stairs to the beautiful main deck you will find seating for 4 people, a perfect place for drinking your morning coffee. From there you enter into the main level of the house, where you are welcomed to a spacious and well-furnished living room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV with family and friends. From there walk into the kitchen and dining area, complete with a large dining table, island, and stainless-steel appliances. With seating for 9, it's the perfect place to gather everyone for meals. Walking down the hallway on your right you will find the first bedroom. Furnished with a full over full bunk bed. To the left, there is the second bedroom complete with a queen bed. This room shares its full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed. Walking out from there you will the full-sized washer and dryer in the hall, useful after a long day at the beach. At the end of the hallway on the right, you will find the master bedroom. This room has a king-sized bed and TV, as well as another full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.
