The house is beautiful and laid out so well. The hot tub and fire pit were favorites for our group. The community clubhouse and pool are great too!

Overall, this property was amazing. We had five couples that went to the hills for the weekend for a side-by-side ride. Lots of room for people to spread out plenty of parking for the trailers and vehicles. Had one little maintenance issue host was able to get it taken care of right away.!

With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths it was the perfect home for a 40th anniversary gathering. The home is beautiful and the surrounding area is gorgeous! It’s close to many attractions too. Custer state park is about 50 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful week!

The kitchen was well supplied with crock pot, waffle iron and other items needed for a larger group. A large Blackstone provided a great way to cook for our crowd. Check in was painless and communication with Budi was quick and easy.

Beautiful Vacation home in the Hills

The home was amazing with plenty of space. So many extras including hot tub, massive deck, grill and hibachi, game room and more. The kitchen was well stocked. It is a beautiful home with amazing views just miles away from Deadwood. Hiking is just out the door! Would stay again without a doubt!

Great for a College Class Reunion

We rented two houses close together and this one provided the space for 20 of us to gather for meals and conversation and celebrate 58 years of friendship!😍 A great property for just what we needed for our group!

Beautiful scenery and wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay and play. This house has everything for everyone to enjoy. Had ages 4 to 47 stay here and had a blast. Used everything during our stay. Gas firepit, hot tub, poker table, community center and all games the house provided at the house. Will do again

Ski Vacation

We had a blast staying at this cabin while on a ski trip to Terry Peak. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home with everything you might need and more. Thank you for helping us create some great memories.

The property was amazing! They had everything you would need and then some. You do only have 1 fridge for large groups. We had max amount of people and needed multiple grocery runs for our stay time. Plenty of storage with walk in pantry and they were incredibly thoughtful in supplies. Our group thought the beds were amazingly comfortable. It was great to have double washer and dryers. We used the poker table and bar area in the basement but not a lot of seating in that area. Neighborhood is in development. GPS gets you to area close but be sure and pay attention to house numbers ours stopped you between houses but hey it’s not rocket science to find your house. It was an incredible stay and we plan on coming back if available for our dates next year.

Black Hills Paradise

Beautiful home in very nice hills community with access to all the fun the Black Hills have to offer. The home was very well furnished and had everything needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving meal. Everyone loved the hot tub which was conveniently located outside the bar and recreation room. We would definitely stay there again.

Family reunion

We had our annual family reunion in the Powderhouse Pass area. We all had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. We stayed in a beautiful home that had everything we wanted. The view from the back deck was amazing and we spent several nights relaxing by the fire pit. Thank you, Tom

It was a nice clean home with lots of bedrooms and private bathrooms, it was great! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Everything worked well in the kitchen; we never did figure out how to run the fireplace. We did not have hot water to shower and to hand wash baby items, along with the no water pressure.
